The Standard American Diet (SAD), promoted by the mainstream, is loaded with foods that trigger a high-insulin response and cause health and weight-gain issues.
It’s vital to know that SAD foods cause a massive health decline and to eliminate them from your diet and kitchen!
1 – The most damaging and highly pushed elements of the Standard American Diet are grains, sugars, and refined high polyunsaturated vegetable oils – including chemically altered partially hydrogenated trans fats and bottled vegetable/seed vegetable oils.
2 – Grains contain anti-nutrients—such as toxic lectins, gluten, and phytates—that harm digestion, perforate the intestinal lining causing celiac disease, and lead to systemic inflammation.
The result is often and mainly the development of type 2 diabetes and obesity, which can lead to heart attacks and strokes.
3 – The most health-hazardous agents in today’s “standard foods” are refined high polyunsaturated vegetable oils (like canola, sunflower, and palm oil commonly recommended for cooking) and an array of heavily processed snack and meal products, including frozen products.
If you want to regain your health and avoid contracting cancer, eliminating these toxic oils is critical.
4 – It’s essential to ditch or drastically reduce the consumption of sweet, sugary foods and beverages.
Sugar has zero nutritional value, compromises the immune system, and leads to inflammation of the organs and intestines due to the massive insulin release, which results in insulin resistance and fat storage.
Grains: Grains have become the centerpiece of the human diet since the advent of civilization around 10,000 years ago.
Unfortunately, grains deliver hugely excessive amounts of carbohydrates our bodies are unaccustomed to and contain anti-nutrients that humans cannot digest successfully.

All of us have some degree of grain intolerance. For many, it can be so severe that it manifests in various severe health problems throughout the body.
Grain flour-based products are the worst because they are a dense source of acellular carbohydrates.
Acellular carbohydrates digest fast and easily and deliver an extreme carbohydrate rush that overwhelms and harms the composition of our digestive flora and causes insulin resistance.
These carbs convert to glucose in the body for use as energy.
The carbohydrate calories that aren’t burnt convert into triglycerides in the liver and are stored in the fat cells, making you gain weight while your immune system and health break down!
Consuming high amounts of carbohydrates causes excessive insulin production – this triggers the release of multiple stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline, constantly flooding the body in excessive amounts, which can cause heart disease.
In addition, this process pressures the adrenal, pancreas, and immune systems and causes the dangerous condition of systemic inflammation, with diabetes, obesity, heart attacks, and strokes to follow.
Contrary to the mainstream propaganda, we do not need grains or fiber in our diets. They are both anti-nutrients.
The truth about grains & fiber: Both contain toxic anti-nutrients—like lectins, gluten, and phytate, which harm digestion, can puncture the intestinal lining (causing leaky gut), and lead to systemic inflammation, a dramatic health decline, and multiple illnesses.
Final Thoughts
Unfortunately, grains and everything made from them, along with fiber, are promoted as part of a so-called “healthy whole-balanced diet,” when the opposite is true.
When some folks read my stories highlighting that grains are toxic and fiber is neither necessary nor healthy, they get mad at me, claiming I am talking nonsense.
It’s long since been proven that fiber is a non-essential nutrient, which can cause health issues, such as leaky gut, and humans cannot digest grains well.
Besides that – grains are loaded with carbs that convert to sugar, causing your pancreas to work overtime and may make you insulin resistant, gain weight, and become a diabetic or even obese.
These are facts – not a myth.
