In this story, I clearly outline what you need to do to lose weight and keep it off.
I don’t simply say:
“It’s easy and simple to lose weight.”
Then move on and talk fluff!
No, I provide time-tested methods and a 12-step guide on how you and everyone can succeed, no matter how far gone your weight may be!
After all, I’ve been at this for over 8 years. I lost 60 lbs. and regained my optimal physical and mental health after suffering a stroke and deep depression within 2 to 3 months!
Once I healed myself, I studied a “modern nutritionists & lifestyle” course. Over 2 years, I tested everything on myself and created methods that work for weight loss, management, and building a better you in body and mind.
The key is discipline and staying the course.
That is also the biggest problem. Many folks lack the discipline to stay on board, jump ship, and return to their bad old habits.
Those are:
1 — Eating highly processed, sugar, and carb-laden junk foods.
2 — Do not keep up my very simple to execute exercise routine.
A further inaccurate comment by this reader:
“So I ask that you show a little empathy and quit making it sound like it’s just a matter of discipline because it’s actually a matter of evolution and chemistry. It’s not as simple as you make it out to be.”
Oh boy. It was tough to reply to this outdated and false notion.
1 — Gaining too much weight has zero to do with evolution.
2 — Chemistry adds nothing to the mix, either.
That’s plain illogical, old-school, and incorrect thinking. Sorry.
We are all 99.8% biologically identical twins!
Your body functions like mine and everyone else’s, regardless of ethnicity, country, or culture!
Successful weight management and loss boil down to 1 thing and 1 thing only!
Eating real food and consuming the “PROPER DIET!”
That’s 95% of what will either make you fat or help you return to your optimal body composition and health!
The other 5% is exercise and taking care of yourself.

If you are struggling with your weight, please read my advice carefully, think it through, and then practice it with discipline for 2 months, and you will soon see the results!
