You can’t avoid the odd silly vegan comments and videos show up in your social feeds. But, I do my best to avoid and ignore, not comment, and move on.
That’s the only way to protect your mental health and stay on your path.
If you’re urging to drop a comment — don’t. If you do, they’ll bombard you with hate speech such as — animal killer, planet destroyer, and so on.
It can turn nasty very quickly, so I don’t get involved anymore. But it makes me wonder why?
Why do these folks lose the plot so fast and throw their anger your way.
Here are m 2 theories why:
1 — They are always hungry, feel bad, and must eat more carbs, plants, and sugar to curb their continuous hunger, which makes them unhappy and angry.
2 — They dislike meat eaters because we are lean, fit, calm, and friendly — not aggressive. Unlike them, you and I send positive, motivational, and inspirational messages into the world because we eat a healthy, physically, and mentally stimulating animal-based diet.
One particular “extreme vegan doctor” pumps out false plant-based propaganda daily — it’s scary how unhealthy he looks too!
He loves posting videos of himself lecturing “wanna-be vegans,” who know little about food and its effects on their bodies.
Mostly, he’s walking on a treadmill, looking sick and pale as a ghost, with his head bobbing all over the place releasing his nonsense talk onto your screen.
Some of his latest fake claims:
“Are you over 40 and suffer from ACNE?”
Then you must eat more whole grains!
Spoiler Alert #1: Wrong!
Grains convert to glucose, which is sugar, which causes ACNE. Fact.
“Flatulence and farting are normal bodily functions and healthy. You must extract the gas!”
Spoiler Alert #2: Terribly wrong again.
Definition of Flatulence:
“The accumulation of gas in the alimentary canal from foods that may cause flatulence.” Oxfordlangauges.com
Here’s a photo of this MD who calls himself an expert nutritionist and promotes the plant-based diet as the best, healthy, anti-inflammatory, and nutrient-rich!

The truth about flatulence and excessive farting
Farting all day and night is NOT normal — here’s why:
1 — The noise that can slip from your bottom embarrasses you and everyone else.
2 — The toxic smells accompanying farting are obnoxious and unpleasant.
3 — Excessive flatulence, noises, and smells come from inflammation of your belly and gut because of the anti-nutrient junk foods you consume. Nothing else — it’s NOT natural or healthy.
4 — Farting often leads to diarrhea, which can occur at any time in any place, leading to you soiling your pants in public. Is that fun or normal? I don’t think so!
My bloated flatulence history and the pain others and I had to suffer
I used to eat everything — carbs, fast food, junk food, sugar, and all kinds of processed and packaged “so-called” foods. It made me very sick and fat for years, and I finally had a stroke in 2015.
My gut and metabolic health were a mess. I was bloated walking, farting machine.
You only had to be around me for 2 minutes, and oops, the fart escaped, and I looked and felt like a complete fool.
Back then, I also thought it was normal and “healthy” to fart and relieve yourself of the accumulated gasses in your gut. The truth is, excessive farting tells you your gut is unealthy!
I changed my food and lifestyle
Once day, something miraculous happened. I learned about real food and immediately cut out the junk I’d been eating for decades.
That was 8 years ago.
And guess what happened?
Within 2 months, my smelly, embarrassing, and nasty farts stopped. I was no longer bloated, and the “smelly gas” disappeared.
I don’t fart anymore because my digestion and gut are intact!

Final Thoughts
Please, do me a favor. Don’t listen to people advocating pro-inflammatory food loaded with sugar and ant-nutrients.
That’s not going to help you live a healthy and happy life.
Smell the roses and flowers instead!
