In this story and the attached YouTube video, I dive into detail about why humans do not require carbohydrates, plants, grains, fiber, or sugar in their diets. The opposite is the case – with few to none of these “staple foods,” you will live a much healthier and potentially longer life.
I’ve consumed almost none of the above non-essential food groups for nearly 10 years. My diet consists of, 95% meat, fish, seafood, eggs, cheese, heavy cream, coconut oil, and butter.
Here are the facts, about why we have been misled by the food, pharma, and medical industries, supported by false information spread over decades by various government food and health agencies.
Why? Because many of these institutions are corrupted with sponsorships by the above-mentioned industries.
Please watch my YouTube video here:
1 – Sugar:
False: They say consuming sugar “in moderation” daily is fine and poses no health risk.
Truth: Sugar is an addictive drug, not a food. It’s wrongfully classified as food for economic and financial gains. Sugar is one of the unhealthiest items you can put in your body, which makes you gain weight and will, over time, cause multiple health complications.
2 – Fiber (grains, plants, legumes):
False: Consuming plenty of grains, vegetables, and legumes is vital for gut health and digestion.
Truth: Fiber is a non-essential nutrient the human body does not need, want, or require. All plants contain carbohydrates that convert to glucose (sugar) in your bloodstream.
Almost all plants, grains, and legumes are high in nature’s toxins – “phytons and lectins.”
These toxins can and do lead to severe gut health problems – indigestion, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and finally, “leaky gut,” which is an excruciatingly painful condition.
I suffered from leaky gut for several years until I studied nutrition, ditched the foods that were harming my body and mind, and began to eat only real, unprocessed natural foods, as mentioned above.
We do not need any fiber – the fewer plants, grains, and legumes you eat, the better you will digest, feel, and look, and the healthier you will become.
In Summary:
If your diet consists of mainly carbohydrates, plants, fiber, and sugary foods, you are a food-addicted sugar burner.
This lifestyle will soon catch up with you, as you are 100% dependent on sugar for fuel. it will make you gain weight, age faster, feel lethargic, down, impatient, unhappy, and above all, always hungry craving for more food!

Final Thoughts
It’s long since been debunked that shoddy research and “scientific claims” over the last 5 decades convinced us that carbohydrates (glucose) are essential nutrients that give us the energy to live and thrive.
Another erroneous claim was that a mostly plant-based diet provides us with “vital fiber” that gives us the essential nutrients to survive.
Again, in recent years, this has been proven wrong by up-to-date science reports that documented plants and grains are, indeed, non-essential nutrients. In fact, they can be very harmful to many people.
It’s not only me saying this. Hundreds of modern medical doctors around the globe now speak up and promote the truth about what the best diets for humans are.
One prominent medical doctor Dr. Ken Berry named it “The Proper Human Diet.”
Feel free to check out his advice by clicking the above link.
What diet is that you may ask?
Real Food – Mostly meat (including lots of red meat), fish, seafood, eggs, and animal fats.
In other words – “The Animal-Based” diet.
In Summary:
Once you transition to the animal-based diet (keto-carnivore) you will soon become a fat burner, and no longer want or crave carbs, grains, fiber, or sugar.
As a result – you will naturally shed the excess weight you’ve gained over the years, regain amazing energy, your skin will improve, you’ll look and feel younger, experience better sleep, feel less stressed, and in general much happier with life and yourself.
What’s your thinking on this matter?
Don’t you think it’s worth giving my recommended diet and lifestyle changes a try for a month or two, gauge the results, and see how you feel then? I do!
