A Happy happy Monday, from Bali to all my friends and followers here and everywhere!

I may sound like a broken record at times, as I do go on a lot about walking, and the power of walking, daily. The fact of the matter is, walking can be a lifesaver, over time! Walking and being in nature releases some powerful hormones in our bodies and minds and simply will make for a better and happier day, stronger heart, and legs!

In combination with the swimming or water therapy I mention in this video, lying in the sand after that, grounding yourself, and connecting to nature, is unbeatable. On top of that, if you are lucky like me, living in Bali, and you can get that ideal sun exposure, you’re topping up your Vitamin D levels, which is our happy hormone, and essential to a robust Immune System and Longevity!

Please get your movement plan on track, your routine set, and keep it up! I’ll be posting my weekly movement plan here later today for your guidance. And feel free to ask me any questions or send me your experiences about this!

Walk, Swim, Breath, Ground, Balance, be Happy!
