Unfortunately, most are not aware of how many benefits walking provides you physically and mentally.
Especially when you walk outside in nature, and take in the sun, you are doing your body and mind a huge favor!
The best part about walking is that you can do it anywhere and don’t even have to change your clothes or go to a gym.
You can walk in the city, on beaches, along a riverside, in a park, up a hill or mountain, yes, you can walk anywhere and as long and as far as your heart contents!

The main benefits of walking at any time of the day are:
• Early morning walks wake up your body and mind and make you feel energized
• Midday walks refresh your brain and move your body so you can be more productive at work
• Evening walks are great for relaxing and easing into the slowing down “Night Mode”
• You are exercising your legs, feet, core and even back
• You are freeing your mind from worry and stress
• You burn excess fat during every walk
• You are building lean leg muscles during each walk
• Walking builds a healthy heart and strong cardiovascular system
• Walking boosts the creative side of your brain, which boosts productivity and positivity for a better life
Those are just some of the highlights of the amazing and easy-to-do movement called “walking!”

Final Thoughts on Walks!
You can’t ever get enough walking in during each day. Time constraints, work, and family commitments often stand in the way. However, it’s up to you to create and make time for your new daily habit and hobby – walking!
Why?
If you follow my advice and keep up the working routine, you will start to feel and look much better within 2 weeks. Not only that – but you will also notice excess weight loss, stronger legs, larger lung capacity, and just an overall more joyful feeling in your mind.
Remind yourself as soon as you get out of bed in the morning to keep to the walking goals you’ve set to regain optimal health, feel and look great, and know that you are most likely going to live longer if you do this!
I don’t know about you, but for me the multiple benefits you gain if you have the discipline to stick with your walking plan are very much worth it. Especially because I know that I’m building a stronger heart that will probably increase my longevity.
