The mainstream dietitians got it all wrong for years, led by the food industry that wants it that way.
This allowed their “food scientists” to create more processed sugar and carb-laden” packaged foods, stabilized with chemical additives and flavoring.
→ Don’t enjoy full-fat yogurt or milk — instead, eat the skimmed, low or no-fat versions, loaded with added sugar and carbs.
→ Instead of real butter, you were told to enjoy margarin, or “it’s almost butter” products — both are toxic and terrible for your health.
These items — I will not call them food — are made with seed oils and are some of the unhealthiest things you can put in your mouth.
The truth and reality about food, supermarkets, and the food industry is simple, folks.
85% of what you see in your local supermarket is junk food and lousy for your health.
That applies to restaurant food as well. I owned a 150-seat restaurant in Bali, so I know how the chefs run their kitchens and what ingredients they use — the cheapest.
Sugar is added to every sauce. All your meat, vegetables, and french fries are cooked at a high temperature in seed oils that oxidize (burn) at a low temperature.
You then eat burnt oils, which release “free radicals” in your bloodstream, wreaking havoc on your health and can cause cancer.
The mainstream consensus about a healthy ‘’balanced diet” in moderation is incorrect.
Thankfully, thousands more nutritionists — like myself — and doctors are coming around to this reality and recommending their patients convert to the naturally healing keto-carnivore diet and lead an active lifestyle.
Please don’t be confused or frustrated anymore.
