These false and extremely misleading statements are usually made by unqualified, uncertified “Fitness and Personal Trainers” pushing their mantra & agenda about food on you, while they have zero knowledge about this vital subject.
“There are No Bad Foods. Just eat everything in moderation!”
The biggest food lie ever.
That statement is not only utter nonsense – it’s dangerous to your health. If someone says that to you, run as far away as you can.
As a certified Health Coach, Nutritionist, Trainer, and former professional athlete, trust me when I say 90% of foods available in supermarkets or restaurants are unhealthy and toxic
On top of that, most of these”so-called” foods cause cancer.
Think about that. 95% of the worldwide population consumes these toxic foods daily, believing it’s fine to do so.
Food Lies are all over the place and sadly pushed on the unknowing and gullible folks who desperately want to regain their health, lose weight, and get strong again.
However, with this false advice, they never succeed and end up giving up, time and again.
