It amazes me that the debate is still ongoing when the case is so clear — solid personal evidence of thousands of meat-eaters and scientific evidence now admitting meat is healthy!
Meanwhile, supermarkets are rammed full of processed high-carb grain-based foods that always come with added sugar.
Why is “added sugar” even necessary? It’s not — the food companies add sugar to their already carb-loaded foods (which turns to sugar) to addict you and make you return for more.
Carbs and sugar are addictive — combining the 2 is lethal for your health.
Not just that, 90% of the dishes on most restaurant menus contain processed carbs, with sugar added to all sauces.
Eating out has become a health hazard unless you’re at a Texas BBQ or a high-end steak house.
The reason for this story is not to go into science or the effects foods have on your body and mind. Instead, I’ll present logic and visuals comparing carnivores to people on the carb-heavy “balanced Western diet.”
Let’s look at some real-life examples
Celebrity Chef Carl Ruiz ate nothing but processed meats and highly processed carbohydrates, deep fried in toxic seed oils.
He was proud of it and made it cool. Sadly, he died of a heart attack at 44, as many of his loyal followers probably did too. His body and face tell the story – he was a metabolic mess, unhealthy, and slowly killing himself by eating his beloved “junk food!”

Unfortunately, shortly after this photo was taken, he died of a heart attack — caused by heavily clogged arteries.
Next, here are 3 people who’ve eaten mostly meat for more than 5 years.
Dr. Shawn Baker, now 55 and Carnivore for 6 years, shows his plaque and calcium build up in his arteries — it’s ZERO.
Dr. Paul Saladino has also been a Carnivore for more than 5 years. It doesn’t look like he’s having a heart attack anytime soon.
Then, there’s me. I’ve been a Keto-Carnivore for almost 8 years. I never looked back since I started in 2016 and lost all my excess weight, which changed my life and probably saved it too.

My physique today at 54 — I’ve never added 1 pound of weight back since I started my health journey in 2016.
My blood values are also perfect, and I have no plaque in my arteries.
2015 was a different story — my arteries were blocked, and I had a stroke because of it!
Many people wrongfully ramble on about how carbohydrates (glucose) and fiber are necessary for a healthy balanced diet.
The truth is the human body and brain need neither to function optimally.
- Your liver produces the required amount of glucose for your brain.
- Carbohydrates (glucose) are an addictive fast-burn energy source, making you fat and sick.
- Fat is the body’s preferred fuel source — it burns slowly and evenly, keeping you lean, fat-free, and healthy.
