On this sprint occasion, I added strength and explosive power exercises to the steep and mentally challenging step and hill sprints.
Put it this way — if you do what I did today, you can ditch your gym bag for 1 week!
Even better — ditch the bag and the gym for good — start understanding how to use your body as a gym, at home, outside, or anywhere, and sprint!
I’m not anti-gyms — I am against you wasting your time doing things the wrong way that lead nowhere other than disappointment and injury, which is what happens in gyms!
Instead, get outside into nature, walk, swim, use your body as your gym with calisthenics, and sprint!
Follow my methods, save time and money, lose fat, and build lean muscle for life!
If you do, I’ll teach you a few things you’d never thought you’d be able to do!
Once you control your body and mind, your range of movement and possibilities are almost endless — no matter your age.
Step 1.
Free your mind.
Step 2.
Learn to use and listen to your body for your fitness, health, and well-being.
Step 3.
Believe you can achieve anything — age is only a limit if you allow it to be.
And that’s why we sprint – to stay young in body and mind – at any age!
