Here’s My New Sexy Morning Movement Routine That Keeps My Body Lean, And My Mind Sharp

You don’t have to do much to stay young, fit, and healthy in body and mind — you simply must stimulate your whole body, mind, and feelings!

Why overcomplicate matters when things are simple?

Once you hit a certain age — usually around 40 — you start thinking you are now an “old person.”

As a result, you don’t enjoy going to fitness activities, gyms, or even swimming pools for fear of embarrassing yourself.

That’s wrong thinking, folks. Never fear your body — don’t let your mind control you into thinking nonsense.

The way you age is entirely in your hands.

You’ve got 2 choices:

1 — Never slow down — age with action.

2 — Age by letting yourself go and become a couch potato.

That was the choice facing me 7 years ago when I was sick as a rabid dog.

I allowed “life” and challenging times to get the better of me.

You know the deal: Divorce, overweight, depressed, entitled, and resentful.

Long story short — that was then and is now ancient history for me.

My major life-saving changes

1 — Fat Burning: I transitioned my metabolism from a carbohydrate sugar burner to a fat-burning machine by going full-on Keto-Carnivore.

2 — Movement: I switched up my fitness routine and stopped ruining my heart by training less but better.

3 — Well-being: I started to respect and care for myself again. I studied meditation and breathing work and learned to live positively, always!

4 — Creativity: I challenged my mind to get creative and develop great ideas.

5 — Writing: I started writing and publishing on my blog. I had to — how else would I shout my new message from the hills?

But I won’t lie. It wasn’t an easy journey.

It took me several years to reach my goals. Hard as it was, I’m super happy and grateful I did it!

Never stay stagnant — keep moving, and yes, do try to re-invent the wheel

That’s how I kept myself sane and afloat. I refused to stop changing and improving myself and my habits. Instead, I made it a habit to push my limits daily!

That’s how I stumbled upon my latest 5-step favorite health, fitness, and wellness habit.

The sexiest morning routine ever!

Let me walk you through it:

1 — Wakey, wakey with Coffee, Lemon Water, and Walkies

I get up and have freshly squeezed lemon with water and a strong coffee with full-fat whipping cream.

That wakes you, get’s your juices flowing, and your bowels moving!

Then I walk fast for 15 to 20 minutes to a nearby resort.

2 — Swim like a Happy Ducky

What’s a duck without water? Not a happy chappy, basically.

Okay, I know — I’m lucky.

I’m currently in hot and sunny Southeast Asia — I can walk and swim outdoors all year round.

And that’s what I do.

Once at the hotel, I hop into the Olympic-sized pool and “chill swim” for 30 minutes.

Meaning: I swim at a moderate pace to burn fat, yet still relax and enjoy my water therapy.

3 — Love The Steps

After my swim, I head over to the stairs leading up to the roof terrace restaurant.

It’s only 3 floors, and that’s okay. I climb them fast, taking 2 to 3 steps at a time. Then I walk back down and repeat 3 times.

By now, I’ve moved my body with ease but extremely effectively and efficiently in 60 minutes.

→ Walking powers up my cardiovascular system, strengthens my leg muscles, joints, and bones, and boosts my creative mind.

→ Swimming gently works my heart and all body muscles while providing my mind therapeutic relief.

→ Climbing the steps builds a little extra leg, butt, and core muscle, plus mental strength.

4 — Meditate & Say Yes!

Once I’m back home, I sit for 10 minutes to calm + stimulate my mind for the day’s action ahead.

I do that with 6 to 7 minutes of deep breathing meditation, followed by 3 minutes of positive affirmations.

That sets the tone and positive path for my day.

5 — You’re So Sexy!

That’s right — and something you should never forget!

Delicate or not, this is the way it is.

Have sex every morning. It will make you feel alive, bursting with energy and happiness.

If you’re in a partnership, then just do IT every morning, not at night — it’s better that way, believe you me!

If you’re alone, that’s fine — sex yourself up. There’s nothing wrong with that, either. You deserve it!

The mantra: Release the pressure, breathe and love your life!

There you have it — my new super sexy morning routine that sets you up for daily brilliance.

No further exercise is required!

Final Thoughts

Does that sound like a lot of wishful thinking to you?

It’s not — you can do this too.

You may have to adjust some of my steps according to where you’re based and the weather.

However, where there’s a will, there’s always a way — find it!

  • You can walk and swim indoors
  • You can climb your stairs indoors or wherever you want
  • You can meditate in any quiet place
  • And — you can definitely sex it up, where and how you want!

Just keep it up — and keep moving.
