Push-Up Mini-Power Set at 53 – Keeping me Young and Strong!

After a powerful 3 to 4-set swim sprint in this 30-meter pool, I added a super strong upper body strength training session.

Here I utilize various push-up methods to boost my chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, core, and mind. That’s what I do with ease at 53, after being on the keto-carnivore diet for over 7 years!
