The new trend words seem to be — sustainability and unsustainability — both are highly overused and greatly misunderstood.
That’s especially the case when it comes to diets and lifestyle practices. Sadly, I read the nonsense spread by “non-experts” all the time.
Today’s latest sensationalist headline:
“I Hate the Keto Diet — It Works, But It’s Unsustainable!” A Fitness Trainer.
That’s a pretty pathetic and unqualified thing to say.
The keywords:
Works — hate — unsustainable.
Interesting, and a contradiction. Do you agree?
A misguided fitness trainer wrote the story with that comment, so there’s no surprise there! Trainers should keep to training and leave food advice to professional nutritionists!
The young trainer goes on to say that he tried the diet for a while, and he lost all excess fat, achieving a BMI of only 10% fat. That sounds like an excellent result to me.
Instead of making the superior keto-carnivore diet his lifestyle, he quit and regained the weight.
Here’s my summary of his story and ridiculous conclusion:
If you feel you’re restricting yourself with the food and drinks you’re allowed, and that makes you unhappy, the diet doesn’t work.
That’s what makes it unsustainable in the long term.
Well, sorry to say, but that’s complete and utter nonsense and doesn’t make sense! It’s a question of discipline and recovering from your food and sugar addiction.
The “magic diet” doesn’t exist
“No diet really works — you’ve just got to keep trying various ones to see what works best for you.” The Non-Expert Trainer
These are the messages that confuse and frustrate the living daylights out of folks trying desperately to lose weight.
It doesn’t have to be this way. No, it shouldn’t be this way.
I will never understand why so many uninformed people chime in about weight loss and nutrition daily online.
The real reason they do this is that they are seeking attention to gain followers on social media. And that is sad and bad.
The keto/carnivore/paleo / low-carb / high-protein diets are the “magic diets.” They work for everyone if you have the willpower and determination to stick to one of them!
Lecturing certified experts with long successful track records- is that a good idea?
Another thing I can’t get my head around is why some readers try to correct and educate me on my food and weight-loss articles.
→ Are they experts with years of experience and a shining patient-success-history track record? No!
→ Did they suffer the health issues I did and take drastic steps to change their lives and regain optimal health? I doubt it.
→ Do they read my backstory, health, and weight-loss journey? Clearly not — otherwise, they would be quiet and respect what I write.
Why? Because it’s the truth and how it works.
Nothing I say is “fiction!” It’s the real deal. 100% time-tested and proven!
Living a healthy life by following natural principles!
That’s what the reality of “Healthy Living” and “Real Food” is all about.
Follow nature and ancient history and how people used to eat and move! Then you will begin to understand how interconnected the human body and mind are to nature.
It’s simple, so please remember this:
1 — If you eat processed junk food made by the food industry giants and peddled to you daily in the supermarkets, you’ll gain weight and get sick.
2 —On the other hand, if you follow nature and how humans are designed to eat and always did to survive, you will find your ideal weight and thrive!
3 — Exercise self-control, show commitment and determination, and practice willpower—then, you will succeed.
4 —The keto-carnivore diet is sustainable for life, and will likely let you enjoy a much longer and healthier life too!

Final Thoughts
Please keep things simple, stick to the basics, and eat real food. The less you put in your shopping cart, the better.
Eliminate all processed foods and drinks. You will soon notice that your grocery shopping trip takes only 10 minutes, and 85% of the supermarket is now totally irrelevant to you!
Eat meat, fish, seafood, eggs, healthy animal fats, good-quality dairy products including cheese, cream, and full-fat yogurt, select lectin-free vegetables, berries, and lots of herbs and spices.
Then your diet will consist of vital protein, healthy animal fats, vitamins, minerals, and powerful antioxidants.
That’s all you need to live by following natural principles and stay fit, young, lean, and healthy forever!
