I developed and practiced my methods for over 6 years, with approximately 300 personal coaching clients worldwide where I have recently lived (New York, Miami, Bali). In addition, I’ve worked with hundreds of online remote coaching students. 

My program is proven, efficient, and effective. Successful weight management results are seen in the shortest possible time while focusing on the client’s heart and organ health, not just weight loss, and muscle gain. 

The biggest mistake most people make, trying to lose weight and wanting to get fit again, is overtraining and poor training methods! Gyms and personal trainers tout these overtraining methods. Sadly, these said gyms and personal trainers have no education regarding “real health” and how the body works; all they do is push you to sign up, subscribe and train as often as you can with them. You are simply an ATM to them. 

My approach is the opposite; “less but right is more!” Your nutritional intake is the absolute key to your success; namely, 85% of your weight loss/ health journey’s success depends on the correct nutrition. Without that, you might as well not even bother trying. 

Going to the gym 5 times a week will yield minimal results and harm your heart in the long term, potentially leading to heart disease and/or premature death. 


It’s important to commit to my program for at least 3 months (online or in-person) to achieve complete success, guaranteed weight loss, and excellent all-around health. We roll out the plan together on a week-by-week basis and track and measure your success.

3 Part Program:

1) Weekly Meal Plan

I provide a detailed 6 or 7-day meal plan creating your daily menu (based on your requests) to be either cooked at home or have someone cook and deliver for you. You can combine the program with dining out, as long as (in general) you keep to the guidelines. That way, you are not always “stuck” at home to eat. You can order similar or very close dishes to my menu in several restaurants.

The menu will contain the ingredients and cooking instructions in precise detail and is easy to follow. I will also visit your residence to educate and train you or your cook. 

2) Weekly Movement Plan

You will receive a detailed weekly movement plan, including your exercise program and other daily routines that we incorporate into your everyday life.

If you are in my area, I will meet you personally 2 to 3 times per week, where we will walk and train together outdoors. This part is crucial if you have direct access to me on the ground, as I can teach you the correct movements and accelerate your success.

If you are an online coaching client, I will do the same by video call using our laptops or phones. I will teach you the movements online and live.

In addition, I share multiple workouts, movements, educational videos from my YouTube Channel, and other written material with you weekly. 

I also offer Muay Thai Boxing Classes as a certified Muay Thai Teacher.

3) Lifestyle Plan

The program requires some lifestyle adjustments, nothing drastic, and yes, you can continue to drink alcohol if you like, but I would recommend wine only (more about that later when we talk).

In this part, I further offer Meditation Teaching as a qualified Balinese Meditation Teacher.

* Online & In-Person Weekly Coaching Program US $275 per week

Payment Terms:
Payment is in advance for the month or the agreed period. The reason for this is so you are invested and do not jump off the wagon halfway through! I want to have successful, happy clients who complete the program.
