After losing 60 pounds in 2015, my weight has remained in the ideal zone for the past 8 years. I went from 212 lbs. / 96 kg, to 154 lbs. / 70 kg.
I never look at or count calories and don’t bother to weigh myself anymore. All I do is eat proper “real” food.
Your body takes care of the rest through hormonal regulation of hunger, satiety, energy storage, and expenditure to lose weight!
It becomes 100% effortless.
It really is that simple. Yet, folks still argue with me and say I’m wrong, despite my long and successful track record.
That’s the part I find hard to understand. Why go against me and my advice when I’ve clearly done it to myself and others?
Not for a month or a year, but for 8 years!
Then, the wise guys start questioning my credentials and even claim I don’t know what I’m talking about because I’m “only” a Modern Nutritionist and not a Medical Doctor!
That’s okay, it doesn’t bother me because I know that what I do works. I’ve learned that the more popular you become, the more the “anti-camp” will go against you. It’s no big deal, as again, I know what I say and do works and I’m a strong man!
It’s a shame some vegans, and “science-based” only folks, who (after researching them) turn out to be obese leave derogatory comments on my articles.
It can be tiring, but it’s also the name of the game, so these days, I simply ignore and delete!
If you stick your head out of the window and shout out loud against the mainstream, you will always get some “hate mail” coming your way!

What does that mean?
- Eat as humans are designed to, which is mostly animal protein, and fat, all animal products, lots of eggs, and a few other high-fat yummy snacks, like yogurt, cheese, cream, and berries.
- Move your body frequently and naturally in nature, and get lots of the essential hormone, Vitamin D! The more time you spend outdoors, the better.
- Get plenty of quality sleep!
Remember — age doesn’t matter, and it’s never too late to drop the belly, excess weight, get into great shape, and stay there for the rest of your life.
Note: If you follow these simple tips and rules, your life will most likely be much longer than you had ever hoped for, and lose weight for good!
