A diet that is now known and proven by modern science to make people fat, become diabetic, have high blood pressure, and eventually end up with heart disease, a heart attack, or stroke and early death!
The SAD Diet! Is that a diet we should be promoting as “healthy?”
Hell no, but they do it anyway, to make profits via advertising from the big food, pharma, fitness, and supplements companies that pay them millions each year to blast their unhealthy products and advice all over their popular websites, which sadly, are read and believed by millions of people worldwide.
