What do I actually do? Nothing but write, you may think? Nope — I live an easy-going yet complex life.
I don’t like listicles, but the purpose of this article is to keep reminding myself and hopefully help you too.
This is what I did today, and what do I do most days:
- I wake up whenever I want — that’s an important thing to know (I don’t set a schedule)
- I drink a bottle of whiskey — ok, sorry, just playing. I don’t like whisky and don’t drink anything but a bit of wine after 7 pm
- Lots and lots of water infused with fresh lemon juice and then a strong coffee
- Then I walk 6 miles — fast. I’ll do some push-ups, planks, and squats — not too many, just a few — that make me feel fresh
- Then I go home, take a shower and get back to writing.
- Next, I spend a few hours promoting my work, which is a drag but I do it anyway
- At 1 pm, I make my first meal of the day — that’s mostly eggs with the leftovers from the night before
- Then I sit down in the sun by my favorite pool and write whatever comes to my mind
- After that, I walk and swim and go home to meditate
- When that’s said and done, I call my family in Europe, and we exchange life lessons and plans
- Then, I buy a bottle of wine and try only to drink half
- I then talk with several clients worldwide — I love that part
- I make my simple dinner in 5 minutes, eat, and rest
- At 9.30 pm and I go to bed to start a new and fantastic day tomorrow.
Final Thoughts
I write between 1 to 4 stories a day on my blogs.
www.robshealthcrunch.com and www.NewsBreak.com
It all depends on how I feel — I don’t make plans. I let my intuition lead the way.
The most important thing I want you to know with this short story is — I’m a hawk living life as it should be. FREE.
Make life your best friend, don’t get caught up in stress and the “I must do this and that thinking.”
Go with your flow — life is better that way.
Rob
