I hear it all the time; I don’t have time, I’m too busy, too stressed, I’m rushed between meetings, and so on. When am I supposed to make time for a walk or a workout?
I’ve been banging my head against the wall about this problem for some time. Clients can be frustrating that way 😀 , but I love them all!
For that reason, I have now made a series of Micro-Workouts for everyone to perform, anywhere, anytime, and without ANY excuses! You can even do this on a plane!

Micro-workouts are the optimal solution if you are short on time. That counts for any given situation, be it daily due to commitments or just because you are traveling.
