My uncle ended up in an unfortunate and desperate situation. It started with a stroke after his second C shot, followed by lower back muscle spasms. He shrunk to bare skin and bones thanks to being served nutrient-poor foods he couldn’t stand by his spouse. His metabolic health was in the toilet.
That hit him hard 2 years ago. Thankfully the stroke didn’t cause severe long-term damage (as mine didn’t either in 2015) — he got away with a “stroke of luck.”
However, the back problem worsened as his doctors told him to take painkillers and rest at home. Finally, after a few weeks of being bedridden, he decided it was time to get up, go for a drive, and try to be a little active again.
That didn’t go well — his back froze while driving, forcing him to stop and call his wife to meet him and take him home.
Then he was stuck at home, scared to leave his house — most days, he didn’t even go outside for exposure to sunlight. Once again, this only increased the decline of his metabolic and mental health.
He revisited his back specialist doctor and was advised to undergo surgery.
At age 70, that’s not a great idea, as recovering from such an intervention may take months, years, or maybe never, with him possibly ending up in a wheelchair.
Please take a look at how I train my body in nature in this short video:
Most back issues, as long as they’re muscle and not spine-related, are fixable with a properly designed movement and mobility plan.
Sadly, my uncle didn’t know this, nor did his doctors.
Once I arrived, I took him for daily walks and did simple lower-back strengthening exercises that gradually improved his back.
The big problem was poor food, low to no-protein food, and too many carbs and sugar-laden foods.
Fried rice with vegetables, almost no protein, and instant pot noodles were all his wife cooked for him.
Since he could not stand long enough to make his own food, he had no choice but to eat as much of the junk food she fed him.
The result wasn’t pretty.
He’s close to 6 feet tall, and his weight had dropped to around 120 lbs. His ideal weight would be 160/170 pounds.
So yes, he was skin and bones, malnourished, sick, and in terrible metabolic health, which led him to be constantly stressed out and anxious for his life, and in awful mental health.

My action plan to fix his metabolic and mental health fast!
I extracted him from his house on a Sunday when his partner was out with friends for the weekend.
Then I checked us into a spacious and bright apartment close to the beach. The complex had a nice pool, gym, and sauna, which helped him immensely.
1 — I shopped and cooked our lunches and dinners daily, ensuring he got plenty of protein and gained some weight.
2 — We conducted daily light bodyweight strength and mobility training and carefully stretched the affected back area.
3 — I asked him to walk and swim in the pool 2 to 3 times a day. Soon after, he regained the strength and confidence to go for barefoot beach walks.
Swimming and walking – 2 simple movements which also give him much-needed sun exposure to boost his vitamin D and immune system.
4 — Lastly, he got 2 to 3 massages a week.
My holistic healing plan worked without medication, or surgery and he’s doing much better today than he was when this happened 3 months ago.

Final Thoughts
My holistic healing plan worked without medication or surgery. I turned him from malnourished and close to death to much better overall health today.
I wish to also highlight this sad story that supports my case:
“Vegan raw food influencer Zhanna D’art has died at the age of 39. Friends and family of the Russian food influencer, whose real name was Zhanna Samsonova, were quoted as saying by Newsflash that she “died of starvation and exhaustion” after subsisting exclusively on a “completely raw vegan diet” in Malaysia.” www.the independent.co.uk
Point made and enough said.
