Once again, the food industry and the food scientists they sponsor have come out with another scaremongering statistic about the high and dangerous LDL cholesterol levels caused by the high-protein and high-fat diet, the keto or carnivore diet.
As usual, they paint only half the picture, if at all, and keep very significant factoids out of their “report” to scare you away from meat, fish, seafood, eggs, and all animal products, and instead, steer you towards their grain-based, sugar-laden junk food, which is high-carb (sugar) and highly processed, nutrient-poor sludge!
Is that science, or is it an abuse of power?
Purposely concocted misleading information, which does not tell the full and accurate picture, but instead tricks you into believing they are right when they are wrong!
They blatantly publish this nonsense to make you get scared and buy more of their unhealthy foods that cause weight gain, multiple ailments, and eventually diabetes, and obesity that can and mostly do result in strokes and heart attacks.
Please don’t fall for their false claims! Instead, watch my video, where I shed light on this nonsense.

Final Thoughts
What can I say, other than the food industry and its paid-off “food scientists” are at it again? Tricking you with misleading, false, and incomplete information about how a high-protein, high-fat diet is dangerous as it causes a massive imbalance, or rise, in your LDL cholesterol (the bad one).
They fail to mention what I say in my video – that once you transition to the proper human diet, your LDL levels will rise as you consume more fat. However, after a few months on the keto or carnivore diet and the more weight you lose, the leaner you become, your LDL will again settle down, while your body fat ratio plummets with you becoming leaner, stronger, and healthier!
