Keto Water Spinach in Hot Chili Sauce

The tastiest and healthiest spinach I have ever had. I eat this spinach pretty much every day, as it’s so easy to make and so yummy!

Indonesian “Keto Water Spinach in Hot Chili Sauce” is my favorite vegetable in Indonesia. In Indonesian, it’s called Kangkung Sambal Terasi. The Kangkung or keto water spinach accompanied by this super spicy chili sauce is not only extremely tasty but equally healthy.

Red Hot Chili’s, loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C, The water spinach itself is low in calories, full of antioxidants, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and loaded with nutrients and minerals.

Water spinach is known to help prevent heart disease, colon and prostate cancers.

This dish is super easy to make; all you have to do is mush up the ingredients as explained below, then place on top fo the boiled water spinach and serve!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bunch’s of Kale or Water Spinach
  • 800 ml Water

Seasoning:

  • 5 pcs Hot Chili Pepper (hot)
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1/4 Shrimp Taste
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Cut the kale and add to boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • Dice all the seasonings, then crush using a Morta and Pestle
  • Place the kale on a plate and top with the chili sauce
  • Serve your Hot Keto Kale

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 15  Minutes
