Keto Shrimp in Hot Sauce is a simple and great tasting Indonesian seafood dish. It’s easy to prepare and cook, yet so flavorful, you will want more and more. Thankfully, shrimps are cheap and packed with nutrients as well as full of protein, making this dish super healthy and Keto friendly!
Ingredients:
- 600 gms Shrimp
- 1 Lemon
- 100 ml Water
- 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 Tsp Chili Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Seasonsing:
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Small Red Onions
- 1/2 Large Onion
- 1 Green Capsicum Pepper (mild)
- 4 pcs Red Capsicum Pepper (mild)
- 5 pcs Hot Chili Pepper (hot)
Instructions:
- Remove the shells, head, and tail of the shrimp
- Cut the shrimp into strips and mix a little water
- Dice all the seasonings, then crush all seasonings using a Morta and Pestle
- Add the coconut oil to the frying pan
- Mix the shrimps and the seasoning, and to the frying pan, at medium heat
- Sautee the shrimps and seasoning for 4 minutes
- Add a half cup of water and sautee for 1 more minute
- Serve your Keto Shrimp immediately
