Besides being a blogger, I’m a Keto Health and Fitness Coach, practicing now for over 7 years.

Since 2016, I haven’t had a single cheat day, and have maintained my ideal weight at 70kg or 154lbs — coming from 95kg or 210lbs.

I decided to share this short article today, explaining how my program works, and that it’s achievable for anyone and everyone, no matter what age or condition.

I see and read about so many folks struggling with their weight and overall health.

Not that that’s bad enough — the poor people are overwhelmed with articles and claims made on the internet and in person, which is utterly wrong, about the best ways to lose weight.

Most of these flawed communications come from fitness trainers, fitness influencers, but also, sadly to say, from several health and wellness publications.

Some even go as far as to say that the Keto diet is unsustainable in the long run and causes health problems! That’s total nonsense and scaremongering.

As I said, I’ve been on this diet/lifestyle for 7 years now. I’m fit as a fiddle, lean and healthy.

I know folks who have been on this program for 15 years or more. Check out Mark Sisson, for example, who was my mentor.

My program simply works, and that’s a fact. Please check it out.

This is what I do:

Targeting:

  • Weight Loss
  • Weight Management
  • Strength Training & Muscle Gain
  • Improved Lifestyle & Wellness Practices

The Focus is on:

  • Nutrition 80%
  • Fitness 10%
  • Lifestyle Practices / Meditation 10%

I tailor the course to your exact needs.

It consists of a weekly meal, fitness, and wellness plan adjusted at the start of each week.

We meet in person or online 2 to 3 times a week, train outdoors or indoors, and discuss your food intake and your general condition/progress/feelings.

I’m always available via WhatsApp or Telegram for questions and concerns at any time.

You can choose between the:

1-Month | 2-Month | 3-Month Program

I recommend the 3-month program as it allows me to ensure you stick to the proper plan and don’t give up, thus achieving your goals.

Once you have completed the 3-Month Program, you will have lost a considerable amount of weight, built lean muscle, and feel great all around.

Schedule:

• Weight loss will start after 2 to 3 weeks.

• 4 weeks in, your metabolism will transform to fat-burning instead of carbohydrate/glucose burning.

• Internal Inflammation and water retention (your internal fat) will start to disappear naturally.

• External Fat (visceral fat) will begin to melt off during the 2nd and 3rd months.
