Unfortunately, most folks are misled into believing that once they become unfit, overweight, and even unhealthy, it’s nearly impossible to regain their health.
Thankfully, that’s not the case, especially if you read, understand, and follow my methods regarding real food, fitness, general movement, and the importance of spending time in nature.

The reason I am very blunt with this statement is that what I say are proven facts. Yet the food, pharma, and medical industries continue to deny these now scientifically confirmed points and instead keep pushing the “heath destroying” Standard American Diet (SAD) or the “Whole Balanced Diet,” on the world and the mostly unknowledgeable, and sadly gullible people whose health continues to decline.
The resulting SAD and tragic story?
Millions more end up with Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and Obesity, which leads to an array of other health complications and finally premature death due to heart attack or stroke!
My clear and factual message:
The “Whole Balanced Diet,” which comprises lots of grains, plants, and sugar, is TERRIBLE AND MAKES YOU FAT AND SICK!

Some of you reading my article summary today may not like or agree with what I say, and that is ok. Your life is your life and the decisions you make about how to lead it are entirely up to you.
