It appears to be their poor mental health, caused by inadequate nutrients and possibly the lack of a daily movement (exercise) pattern.
Carbs and Fiber: Convert to sugar in your bloodstream, and make you metabolically and mentally sick.
That’s the nail on the head right there! FACT!
People can’t grasp the struggle they’re causing themselves daily with their misguided eating and drinking habits.
They get their knickers in a twist, and their minds go off an emotional barrage fighting well-educated and informed health experts in the health space, including medical doctors and PhDs.
The factual human-based evidence I present doesn’t matter in their minds.
So, they call me misinformed and wrong and even accuse me of lying with my stories to make money!
But again, as my mind and body are both healthy and calm, much as I don’t like the silly comments, I never allow anything to get to me.
No matter how clear the evidence is, nor how many ridiculously healthy keto and carnivore people I introduce in my writings, including multiple Medical Doctors with links to their websites — they can’t stop and think:
“Maybe I got it wrong?”
These poor souls won’t cease their silly attacks, insisting I’m wrong and that carbs and fiber are essential nutrients.
Some of the remarks I receive on my health and food stories are mind-boggling.
I’m not scared of their comments or often rude accusations — I fear about their mental and metabolic health and worry about them breaking down as I did 8 years ago.
I care about people and want everyone to learn the truth about what foods and beverages are healthy and which ones are not.
My work consists of helping others reclaim their right to good health, reverse type 2 diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure, and restore a healthy body and peaceful mind.
I do this by:
1 — Writing extensive and illuminating factual stories, where I often disclose my previously awful health condition and several related near-death experiences.
2 — Coaching folks worldwide online, by email, and by text messages.
3 — Coaching people one-on-one in person.
4 — Written and publishing E-Books about Health, Weight Loss, Fitness, and Food.
I make income from my books, writing, and coaching — why not? It’s my job. Doctors get paid too, why shouldn’t I?
However, I also spend many hours helping people free of charge!
With your metabolic health circling down the drain, your mental health follows
My ex-wife was a surgeon, so I know quite a few of their “funny” not so-funny terms when talking about patients, including:
“He’s circling the drain.”
To put it more succinctly:
Meaning Death!
I am not kidding here — I was almost “gone” twice.
The first time was due to my horrible physical health, celiac disease, and subsequent surgery that went wrong.
The second was my depression and severely damaged mental health due to my physical mess. I took too many sleeping pills one day — but thankfully, it didn’t work.
Sugar, carbs, fiber, processed grain-based foods, fast, and junk food make you fat, sick, and depressed. That’s just the way it is.
It can lead to the point of no return, and you circling the drain next!
