This sad reality is happening daily in America and most other western countries —in my opinion, it’s borderline criminal.
The biggest problem people face with their weight and metabolic health is that they mostly do not know much about food and beverages — let alone their effects on their bodies and minds.
And that simple truth is very sad indeed, folks!
It would be easy for government health agencies to roll out a “food education” campaign, informing their citizens what foods are bad and why.
With the same campaign, they could also inform people about what foods are nutrient-rich, anti-inflammatory, aid weight loss, and improve overall health.
But they don’t, at least in the west.
Interestingly,a3rd World country like Sri Lanka informs its people that sugar is toxic and causes obesity and diabetes.
Why do you think Sri Lanka does this and America, along with all the other guilty western countries, doesn’t?
Can you guess the answer? It’s not complicated — it’s only one word.
$$$ Money $$$
Here’s how the health-destruction system flows
1. Food manufacturers make highly-processed carbohydrate and sugar-laden cheap foods, which they distribute and place everywhere.
2. Supermarkets, mini-markets, gas stations, airports, and train station shops are stocked to around 90% wih this junk food.
You can even buy it from the hospital vending machines where they are treating you for diabetes caused by this fake food!
It’s stunning, but it’s true!
3. Most people consume these processed junk and fast foods marketed as acceptable and healthy, causing them to become obese and sick, in body and mind.
4. Next, they turn to their doctors for help. The docs happily prescribe short-term relief medications that only mask the root cause but don’t heal it.
5. You run to the pharmacy, spend your money on your weekly pills and refills, and then go back to get some more trash food.
Perfect! The circle is complete!
You become fatter and sicker by the month while the food, medical, insurance, and pharma industries become richer and richer, as do the governments by collecting all those sales and corporate taxes!
And guess what? Your health is not their priority — their bottom line is.
If they did care, they would tell you to stop eating sugar, processed foods, and grains and to exercise more. Just like I do!
The solution — eat real natural food
If you do that, you will not only lose your excess weight — you can reverse type 2 diabetes naturally and heal yourself from most illnesses.
Suppose everyone in America stops eating processed junk and sugar-laden foods tomorrow and eats only “real food” for 6 to 12 months.
If such a miracle happened, we’d likely see a 60% to 80% drop in obesity, diabetes, and other metabolic syndrome-related health conditions within the same time frame.
Wouldn’t that be a stunning statistic and achievement?
America could lead the way and show the rest of the world how to turn an unhealthy and largely sick population into a healthy, active, and thriving one.
In doing so, thousands of giant, powerful, and profitable corporations would go bankrupt, as would many doctors and hospitals too.
After all, the system is the system, and it works well, so why change it?
A. The mass food production industry provides cheap food for everyone.
B. The healthcare and pharma industries patch you up as you age until you finally pass away, and the insurance companies get more bloated with money by the day.
C. And then, last in line with its ever-extended hand — the government tax coffers are filled!
The final double whammy of disastrous public health authorities’ miss-management revealed
So now you have the Los Angeles County Public Health Office and the County of Los Angeles advertising donuts as “safe” food with which you can satisfy your midnight cravings and “get boosted!”
An official health authority and county are telling you to eat sugar, and it’s safe and healthy!
I’m speechless — this is a disgrace.
The icing on the cake?
Millionaire celebrities promote foods and drinks that are known to cause obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and more.
It just so happens that the African American community has the most significant obesity, diabetes rates, and other metabolic health conditions in America.
Serena Williams promotes this food as great when it actually is the opposite!
Where have the ethics and moral values gone? Down the blinking toilet, that’s where.
Is there much more I can say?
Yes, and I will whether the mainstream likes it or not:
The whole system stinks — it is rigged and a scam.
It sets you up to become fat and unhealthy and to spend tons of money on healthcare, meds, and insurance you wouldn’t need if you were healthy!
It’s simple, folks — it really is.
Stop eating all that junk food, turn to healthy “real food,” move more, and watch your weight melt away and how your health improves.
