I love your posts. They are honest and informative. Even though I am having neurological problems and only have 45 minutes of neurologic energy, I refuse to be a couch potato or use a walker or wheelchair. My muscles are fairly strong just not innervated well. You are an inspiration for me to keep maximally active. I can’t swim yet but I can do the other exercises.
