My health methods work for everyone all of the time! Yes, that is true.
The saying that people fall for since it’s been drilled into their heads forever by poorly informed fitness trainers and the gyms:
“Everyone is different and one diet might work for you but not for someone else.”
That is the biggest misleading saying the fitness and diet industry has ever put out there, well, with the exception, of one more outrageously incorrect and misleading saying – “everything in Moderation is ok!”
Moderation doesn’t work for anyone! Why? Because nobody knows where that “moderate” line in the sand is for something to benefit their health!
Here are a few examples:
• Is 1 or 3 slices of cake moderate and ok? No.
• Are 3 instead of 5 slices of bread, moderate and ok? No.
• Surely, just 1 or 2 bags of potato chips won’t harm me, and I am eating junk food in moderation? No.
–> Do you see what I mean? That notion just does not work and you must eliminate it from your mind!
The only way to lose weight, and get healthy, fit, and strong is by eating “real food!” That’s the “code of real health” that everyone should know and follow.
Real foods are Meat, fish, seafood, eggs, animal fat, very few healthy vegetables, some nuts here and there, and some fresh or frozen berries, plus cheese, whipping cream, and full-fat yogurt.
