Juicing is nothing but fake ruthless marketing promising weight loss and detoxification of your body and mind. But, unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way – in fact, “juicing” is one of the worst things you can do to your body – it’s an unhealthy sugar bomb that screws you up completely.
I’ve witnessed this scam firsthand in Bali, successfully carried out by a well-known English trickster!
Yet sadly, in the hope of a quick weekly fix, the gullible fall for it by the hundreds.
Heart-healthy “cold-pressed juice” — the best favor you can do to detox your body, mind, and soul.
That’s what he calls it, to lure in the idiots that fall for his sweet talk nonsense!
What is juicing, and how does it work?
The fruit’s nutrients and “goodness” are found in the flesh— not the juice. However, there really isn’t much “good” in fruit at all – besides containing a few vitamins and unnecessary fiber, it’s mostly full of fructose = sugar!
Once you press the heck out of fruit and extract only the juice, you’re left with a high-calorie, high-fructose, sugar-laden sludge they call juice.
The real stuff, containing any valuable minerals and vitamins, is pushed out the back of the cold-press machine and right into the dumpster.
The result: You end up drinking little more than fruit-flavored sugar water.
Here’s what happens to your body and mind when you drink this juice.
The fructose is pushed out of your bloodstream by your insulin and converted to fat in your fat cells, called triglycerides.
If you follow a “juicing detox” plan for a week or even 48 hours, you’re depriving your body of the vital life nutrients called protein and fat – instead, you’re giving yourself a constant rollercoaster sugar rush that makes you edgy and feel crap!
Excessive sugar intake stresses your brain, limits your cognitive functions, and clouds your mind.
The result: A decline in your productivity and increased stress levels.
In addition, you lose complete grasp of reality and focus.
You push through your “cleanse” thinking you did an excellent job for your body and mind. But all that actually happened is – you got played!
Now you falsely think:
“Well done, I did it, I cleansed myself — I can get on with life and enjoy my favorite foods again.”
Back to reality and your standard foods
After you’ve forced yourself through a few days of starvation, you dive right back into the food that made you feel bloated and unwell in the first place.
First, you eat bad food while unknowingly poisoning yourself. Then hit the “juice detox,” stressing your body and mind even further.
Because your mind is lost, it plays more games with you.
You “think” you feel great and as a reward, you can now dig in and enjoy your poor food choices more than before.
And there you have the circle of “toxic juicing and terrible food intake” complete!

Stay away from pressed juices, whether cold, hot, or organic. It’s all a scam and will only make you fat and more stressed out.
Instead, eat real food – meat, fish, seafood, eggs, all animal products, and animal fat!
Your body will detox naturally if you let it digest instead of overloading it with junk, including cold-pressed juice!
