You’re not helping anyone other than yourself to get clicks!
There, I said it. These people with no background in health, weight loss, fitness, or knowledge of food publish “healthy living” stories as clickbait. They have no clue how to help you, nor do they care.
You can’t just make shit up as you go along and start posting “how to live a healthy life” stories without knowing precisely what you’re talking about.
You must be trained and have multiple years of patient experience under your belt.
That’s how it is — so, please, “non-experts,” refrain from giving wrong health advice. You only confuse folks and lead them down the garden path.
Don’t eat a burger today — eat more salad instead!
Is that so, and how do you know that salad is healthier than beef burgers?
You don’t — that’s the problem.
1 — Beef burger patties
Ground beef only happens to be one of the most nutrient-dense foods, loaded with vital protein, fat, and sodium (an essential mineral).
2 — Salads
Raw plants are full of lectins and phytons — the plants’ natural defense mechanism, and a toxin for humans, that causes rotting gut and celiac disease.
Most salad vegetables are also quite high-carb, which converts to glucose (sugar) in your bloodstream, which helps to keep you a sugar addict and will increase your weight.
The Verdict:
A — Salads are not as healthy as you think. Promoting salads as ideal for healthy living is a scam by the food industry.
B — Beef patties are super healthy — red meat is an essential nutrient.
The winner: Beef Burgers without bread buns!
Why can I give you bang-on excellent weight loss, nutritional, and exercise advice?
Those of you who follow me know why — I’ve successfully been doing this for a long time.
Here is why I know what I’m talking about. My advice is spot on and helps everyone who follows it reach their goals.
1 — I was a professional athlete in my teens and twenties
I competed at the highest level of my sport — ski racing — and was in the Olympic Games in 1988 and multiple World Cup races.
That period in my life taught me all you need to know about how to train to be on top of your game.
Sadly, in 1990 I crashed and broke my right knee and leg. That marked the end of my skiing career.
As a result, I had to go through several years of recovery to be in reasonable shape again, which I did.
So, I know very well how to recover from injuries.
2 — I studied and became a modern nutritionist and metabolic health coach
I spent several years in my 40s suffering from being overweight and depressed. That period wasn’t fun, especially as it ended with a stroke and a divorce.
Instead of drowning in my sorrows, I took immediate action, researched, found the keto diet, and studied a detailed “nutrition and lifestyle course.”
These actions helped me lose all my excess weight in 2 to 3 months and regain lean, strong muscles.
My new life, real food, more outdoor activities, meditation, and a positive mindset helped me balance my mind and eliminate the depression.
That was 8 years ago — I’ve not been depressed or gained weight since.
3 — My experience as a metabolic health coach
→ Since starting my new career, I have developed multiple fun and easy-to-follow exercise programs.
→ I’ve personally coached hundreds of clients back to excellent metabolic and mental health.
→ I’ve written 3 E-Books on the subjects which have helped thousands find and live a better life.
→ During the last 2 years, I’ve written over 1000 online articles about health, weight loss, fitness, life lessons, self-improvement, and mental health.
I have many grateful followers across my blogs and social media profiles.
I make a point to reply to every comment I receive, be it negative (very few) or positive because I want to offer my time for free to help folks succeed.
Several followers have now become friends — we chat regularly online.
Why? Because they trust me, see their results based on my advice, and appreciate what I do for them. I enjoy talking and chatting with them too. These are highly motivated folks who don’t give up.
That, in turn, makes me happy and motivated to do more!
Final Thoughts
Guys, if you are not trained in healthy living, food, fitness, and more, please don’t advise on these topics.
People are so freaking confused, frustrated, and misled already because there is so much conflicting and bad health advice out there.
Adding your 10 cents to this complex matter doesn’t help — it does the opposite — you’re making matters worse!
Let the experts handle it.
