Eating large portions of Meat and animal fat 3 times a day won’t get you where you want to be with the Carnivore Diet, nor is it optimal for your health.
I’m starting to see this problem almost every day on various social media platforms, most notably these days on TikTok, as it’s exploded in popularity.
There’s nothing wrong with being a newbie. It’s great to get started and try this almost-perfect diet. If you do it wrong, you will soon become discouraged and fall off the bandwagon, sending you back to eating the old junk food you love and still crave!
That’s the last thing you want to happen – please trust me on that.
I transitioned from being a carbohydrate sugar burner to a fat burner on the Keto diet some 10 years ago
I was very sick at the time and stuck on 10 heavy medications after suffering a stroke brought on by clogged arteries thanks to the terrible Standard American Diet I’d been eating for decades.
However, I didn’t just switch to the Keto diet by watching a few YouTube videos – quite the opposite. I took my situation extremely seriously and began to study nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices with the Primal Health Coaching Institution in California.
That was an extensive and expensive 6 -month program, which I completed in a record 4 months. I couldn’t believe what I was learning and how the food and drinks I’d been consuming for most of my life had been harming me, which finally made me a sick and depressed mess.
So, I studied day and night to learn everything I could as fast as possible.
During the first 2 months of my studies, I completely changed my food and drink intake to 100% keto and avoided everything made with grains, all sugars, and all seed oils too.
The amazing results of my Keto Carnivore voyage
The result was astonishing. I lost over 60 lbs. in 2 months and rebuilt my body to be a strong and lean machine! With my body now in optimal health, my mindset changed from negative to positive and I became a much more stable person, with a confident mind. Not only that, I found happiness again.
I’ve stayed on a strict Keto-Carnivore Diet ever since and haven’t had a single “cheat day.” There is no need to cheat, as you stop craving the terrible foods you used to eat because you are no longer a “food addict.”
The other very important things to understand are:
1. You feel much less hungry or not hungry at all so you eat less.
2. There is absolutely no need to have 3 meals a day. One or two meals are plenty if you eat the right food.
3. You must become active and get used to moving your body frequently with lots of cardio (walking, swimming, biking), moderate strength training military style (using your body as your gym). Then you also need to integrate one to two sprinting sessions per week.
4. Get plenty of rest and sleep!
That’s it and the golden key to successfully living on the Keto-Carnivore Diet for life!

Please do yourself and me a favor. If you are new to this, don’t start posting “how to” videos on social media. Instead, get some time under your belt so you can prove that you have stayed the course – 1-year minimum before you have any credibility to post about this lifestyle.
And if you are someone interested in transitioning into the Keto-Carnivore Lifestyle, then please contact an expert and don’t rely on TikTok and YouTube videos.
Some carnivores who have been doing this for years still get a lot of it wrong, especially in 2 departments.
1. They either eat too much meat or too often.
2. They train too much or not at all.
Both are wrong.
