People often tell me I’m crazy, even irresponsible, for suggesting that you try to learn these superb skills.
My answer? No, I’m not crazy — instead, I’m a realist. The point here is that you can do far more with your body and mind if you push yourself out of your comfort zone and do new things!
Getting stuck in your ways is common, but it’s not natural. Your body, no matter your age, wants a challenge — it wishes to be strong, lean, and powerful, not sluggish.
The same applies to your mind. If you don’t challenge your brain and senses and push your limits, you’ll always live in fear and anxiety.
You don’t want that.
