My Background:
I’m a former Olympic ski racer and was ranked in the world’s top 30 in 1990 when an accident ended my career.
The unfortunate occurrence resulted in multiple surgeries, and a titanium knee replacement, from which I learned how to approach, overcome, and teach recovery therapy.
Multiple years as an athlete taught me everything about sports, fitness training, recovery, health, and healthy and unhealthy training methods, which I am well equipped to teach you.
After suffering a stroke due to poor health and being severely overweight in 2015, I studied a unique nutrition, lifestyle, fitness, and healthy habits course.
Studying that program made me realize the mistakes I had been making my entire life, which I quickly adjusted and have followed for close to 10 years now.
The knowledge I gained saved my life and moved it in a much better direction and place. I haven’t looked back since. I certainly will not ever go back to my old ways.

There are no empty promises with my methods. I won’t mislead my clients by telling them to train hard daily, claiming that otherwise, it won’t work.
Why? That mantra is flawed.
