There’s an additional issue with food addiction — many people don’t believe it exists and have fallen for the food industry’s false promotion of unhealthy foods being healthy.
Not only that — it gets worse.
What can you expect folks to think when the American Heart Association permits its logo to be printed on bottles of seed oils and cereal boxes with the manufacturers claiming their products are “heart healthy.”
Of course, it’s all lies, a scam, and scandal too.
These nasty junk food producers “sponsor” the American Heart Association and other such agencies to promote their foods as healthy when they’re the opposite!
The manufacturers and the public offices making these misleading and dangerous statements should be sued or shut down.
Their food and fake marketing slogans are responsible for type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and obesity exploding over the last 30 years.
Making things even worse, companies like General Mills that produce nothing but wheat and sugar-laden junk foods include a heart in their logo.
The next disgrace is the “superstar multi-millionaire athletes,” promoting junk food as healthy.
For example:
Serena Williams markets General Mills’ “Wheaties” as “The Breakfast for Champions.” That is false, a disgrace, and shame on you Serena for padding your bank account with this lie.
Wheaties are made from wheat, which converts to sugar, and has added sugar, making you sick and fat!
“Wheaties” are a pure sugar bomb!
It’s deplorable, especially when you consider African Americans are more affected by obesity, heart attacks, and strokes than most other ethnicities worldwide.

Let’s also not forget one significant fact here. The ads these athletes star mainly target kids or young adults.
A shock to my system: I was hiking a mountain a while ago and stopped to have lunch of roasted chicken at a local restaurant. I saw the owner — a mother of a 3-year-old child — hand her little girl a can of classic Coke.
The kid took it with a big smile on her face, started gulping down the “obesity-in-a-can-drink,” and ran off in pure delight.
Horrible! But, these poor people just don’t know.
Thank you, Coca Cola for ruining the lives of innocent young kids and adults too. Shame on you and the owners, too — Warren Buffet is one of the largest shareholders and has made billions with this toxic drinks company.

Ditching The Addiction
For me, it was easy — I’ll explain.
Once I studied food and drinks and their effect on the human body and brain, the pain and fear I was going through became crystal clear to me.
I was shocked when I discovered I’d been eating primarily trash food all of my life, wrongfully thinking it was healthy.
Like, you, I read those marketing slogans on packaged foods and ate cereal like a “champion” daily, along with a hefty dose of pasta, bread, pizza, sugary treats, snacks, desserts, fruit yogurt, fruit juices, beer, and sugar-filled sodas.
Here’s how you can easily ditch your food and sugar addiction:
1 — You must learn about food and drinks and their effects on your body.
Without understanding what you put in your mouth and how it affects your health, there’s no chance for you to heal your addiction and your body.
That’s the # 1 priority — study food.
Do not listen to the mainstream media, old-school nutritionists, dietitians, and doctors who tell you to eat a “whole balanced diet” with whole grains that mainly contain products made with white flour, as mentioned above.

- Loss of concentration and short-term memory
- Type 2 diabetes
- Obesity
- Headaches
- Insomnia
- High blood pressure
- Plaque in your veins
- Strokes
- Heart Attacks
Are those examples enough to understand what sugar does to your body and brain?
Sugar slowly kills both!
However, for some mysterious reason, sugar is the most-grown crop in the world.
In other words — the sugar industry is MASSIVE and is legally slowly making you, your family, and friends unhealthy, fat, and putting you at risk of premature death.
I think I made myself clear and hope you understand how dangerous sugar is.
Please ditch all forms of sugar ASAP, including honey. Yes, honey, too — pure natural sugar affects your system the same way regular sugar does.
3 — Commitment, willpower, dedication, and no excuses!
This last point is as vital to comprehend as the previous 2. It’s about your mind and brainpower.
I’ve had folks tell me they simply can’t help their sweet tooth and stop eating crappy sugar-laden foods.
That, I am sorry to say, is garbage. And I’m truly not sorry for saying that.
Your mind is messing with you — that’s what sugar does. It addicts you, and all your brain can think of is where’s my next sugar fix?
That doesn’t only apply to sweets — you think the same whenever you drive by a pizza, pasta, bakery, or bagel outlet.
“I want, I want, I want!”
You must say no! Commit to not eating that junk anymore and start to eat healthy “real food.”
That’s all, and it’s not a big ask.
Think about yourself — look at your face and body in the mirror. Are you happy with what you see? Do you feel great?
If not, then take action and do something about it.
Commit, dedicate yourself to your new life plan, exhibit willpower, say no to the bad stuff, and do not make any more excuses!

Final Thoughts
I have no choice other than to be direct about this issue.
It’s the only way people will understand and take the severity of it onboard.
I get angry when I see parents unknowingly feeding their toddlers Coca-Cola and sickness in a can. But again, they simply don’t know what’s inside that drink and the harm it causes.
The food industry is slowly, but more rapidly than ever before, making people sick and killing them.
