Meanwhile, hundreds if not thousands of medical doctors, including heart surgeons, have turned to the Carnivore or Keto diet to fix their metabolic and mental health.

The 2 latest scaremongering and false claims to hit the mainstream media come from the usual suspects.
1 — The Cleveland Clinic
I just wrote an article where I list them as one of the mainstream organizations wrongfully telling you that red meat is the 4th worst food that causes internal inflammation.

You’d think a respected clinic would actually conduct real trials and research on humans before they make blatantly false statements. But they didn’t — they say it because they want you to believe them.
Their agenda? The plant-based diet.
The only accurate, solid data on the planet today is a meta-analysis of randomized trials on humans, carried out and published by the American Society of Nutrition in 2021.
Their conclusion? Red meat does NOT cause any internal inflammation.

The Cleveland Clinic’s scaremongering headline:
“American clinic says nutrient in eggs could increase risk of blood clots”
So now the Cleveland Clinic has nothing better to do than start a new attack on eggs?
It’s long since proven and accepted (even in the mainstream) that eggs are a superfood and do not cause high cholesterol, strokes, or heart attacks.
That was all ancient shoddy and faulty research by food scientists paid to do so.
The truth: Eggs only make you healthy and happy!
2 — Dr. Fatima Cody
This one is jaw-dropping!
She’s appointed to the DGA committee and responsible for telling Americans how to eat.
What’s the DGA all about? Here you have their mission:
“As a result, USDA and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) developed the DGA, which provide the general public with a single set of food-based advice (Welsh et al., 1992). The DGA serve as the primary federal source of consistent, evidence-based general information on diet and nutrition.” National Library of Medicine
She dropped a bombshell on the 60 Minute show telling the U.S. population not to worry about obesity or what they eat.
“The # 1 cause of obesity is genetics.” Dr. Fatima Cody
Her comments aren’t only unbelievable — they are surreal lies for which she should be sued.
There’s no doubt in my mind she’s collected a fat under-the-table paycheck from the big food companies to come out making this dangerously irresponsible false claim.
The gullible unknowledgeable overweight people seeing this interview will be relieved, thinking it’s not about what they put in their bodies — it’s simply their luck f the draw.
This is madness and should be banned!
Final Thoughts
Being overweight, becoming obese, developing type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and multiple other illnesses are all because of what you eat and drink.
It is NOT hereditary or your genes!
People have different frames, shapes, and sizes — that’s genetics and hereditary.
However, if you eat real food, do not consume many carbs, junk or fast food, and sugar, and stay away from all sugar-laden drinks, you will never become obese or sick.
The opposite will happen — your body and mind will flourish and thrive with optimal metabolic and mental health.
