There are some funny folks in the world — they can’t help but seek negatives in everything. That’s what you call negative people with unhappy mindsets.
Sadly, they’ll never find happiness unless they eliminate their pessimistic mindset.
That’s one problem, happiness — The other is food and health
A reader interpreted the diet I’ve practiced the Keto-Carnivore diet for years and had prescribed to hundreds of my clients as extreme and dangerous!
Why would this person believe my diet is radical instead of ordinary?
That answer lies with the usual suspects:
The food industry, government food authorities, and the mass media, purposely misleading the masses!
These 3 “Musketeers” do their very best to promote the Standard American or Western Diet as “whole, balanced, and healthy” — thus, they claim it’s the only way to go — which it is not.
The masses label any diet that diverts from the food industry, government, and media recommendations as a fad, extreme, or unsustainable.
It’s astonishing how deeply they managed to suck folks into this belief system — even though 75% of the population is overweight, even obese, unhealthy, often sick, and hooked on prescription meds.
The underlying issue is simple and sad:
Nowadays, becoming overweight when you age and constantly requiring a doctor and meds is seen as the norm.
After all, that’s what medication is for — to help us get better more quickly. So they say and make you believe!
The truth is far from it!
People only get fatter and sicker because of the horrible official food recommendations
I received a confusing reply to one of my articles – here it is:
I want to ease this reader’s mind and yours.
“I agree with your main message; eating only animal products is undoubtedly an easy way to lose weight.
But certainly, it has its dark side in terms of toxins and other anti-nutrients.
What about vitamins? And what about exceeding animal fats?
Will your blood be clean?
No, I am not a nutritionist, but any extreme position, even in biology, does not convince me entirely.”
There we have it.
He’s not a nutritionist or food expert of any sort, he just “believes” that the keto-carnivore diet is extreme, because we eliminate unhealthy carbs, sugars, and many vegetables too. It’s deeply ingrained in this person’s head that carbs and sugars are vital food groups, when, in fact, they are the opposite – unhealthy and extremely bad for you!
Let’s analyze:
1. Eating animal products — meat, fish, seafood, eggs, fat — is an excellent way to lose weight.
That is true, yes. It’s also great to add weight by building lean muscle through strength and sprint training.
Why is that?
The diet consists primarily of protein, and healthy animal fats, with which your body and mind thrive.
You consume zero sugar or carbohydrates with a meat-based diet.
That means no anti-nutrients or glucose for your insulin to push into your fat cells, called triglycerides.
Result: No FAT gain!
2. The dark side in terms of toxins and anti-nutrients?
→ Animal meat and products are clean and contain no anti-nutrients or toxins. Fact!
→ Studies have even proven that meat from animals fed antibiotics in their feed does not contain any toxins when cooked and consumed.
Of course, buying your meat, fish, seafood, and eggs from organic sources is even better.
a) You support local farms
b) You are buying the best quality
3. Exceeding animal fats?
That’s not possible. You don’t spend your day guzzling animal fats when eating meat!
The only fats you consume on keto-carnivore are the fat in the meat and skin and the butter, lard, ghee, or coconut oil you cook with.
4. What about Vitamins?
Vitamins are abundant in any form of keto-carnivore diet.
If you eat only meat and no vegetables, animal organs, especially the liver, are loaded with vitamins and other nutrients.
But not everyone likes organs — like me, I dislike the taste.
That’s why I recommend and prescribe the keto-carnivore diet. I allow many more delicious and healthy ingredients that are low to no-carb.
Here’s my healthy vitamin-dense “extra” food list:
Cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, butter, cheese, whipping cream, hot chilies, garlic, onions, berries, herbs and spices, coffee, lemon water, and even some wine!
These foods are anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense, vitamin and mineral-rich.
As you can see, there’s no lack of nutrients or flavor on my list!
That makes the Keto-Carnivore option superior to carnivore-only and any other diet.
5. Clean blood?
After nearly 8 years of 100% keto-carnivore without one cheat day, my blood markers are more than perfect.
My HDL cholesterol is way above average, LDL is way below average, my triglycerides are low, and I have no signs of any cancers, especially not colon cancer.
Simply put — you’ll be hard-pressed to find anyone healthier than me!

Final Thoughts
The Keto-Carnivore diet is not extreme. On the contrary, it’s nature’s default food plan for humans.
What’s extreme is how the food industry has hijacked food and turned 85% of the population into food addicts eating high-processed carbohydrate, and sugar-laden sludge.
Your “balanced whole diet” salads and grains aren’t as good for you as you think.
That’s what’s making you gain weight, fall sick, and become addicted to food and meds!
My advice? Get off it ASAP!
