Oh really? Is that so, folks? There are always 2 common denominators with the people who make this ridiculously ignorant and silly statement.
There either overweight, vegan, or both.
Anecdotal evidence definition:
“Anecdotal evidence is based on hearsay rather than hard facts. People like to share stories about things that happened to them or that they heard about to make a point.
That kind of talk is anecdotal: based on small, personal accounts.” www.vocabulary.com
I don’t know why, but recently I’ve had a fair number of bugs crawl out of their woodwork, trying to put me and my work down.
It doesn’t bother me — it’s actually entertaining.
But it’s also rather worrying — for them. These people making unqualified comments in the hope of harming me clearly suffer from mental health issues.
I take that seriously, as I know well how it feels to be depressed, angry, and lost. I spent 2 years with that state of mind until I changed my lifestyle and saved my life with food.
Why do these unhealthy people attack me with their derogatory comments?
The answer is simple: They don’t understand what’s happening in their body and mind. They read one article from my library of some 1000 and jump to their conclusions.
Sadly, they don’t bother to visit my website or Google me. If they did, they would learn there’s nothing anecdotal about me, my approach, my writings, and my teachings.
After all, I’ve been successfully practicing my methods for over 7 years on myself and hundreds of patients. All of them successfully lost weight and regained their metabolic and mental health.
The results occurred within 3 to 6 months with each client.
Achieving weight loss and health success with so many people and myself over 7 years is hardly anecdotal evidence.
It’s “real life” first-hand hard evidence, which makes it scientific evidence!
The Definition of Science:
“The systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation, experimentation, and the testing of theories against the evidence obtained.” www.scienceconcil.org
There you go — that’s precisely what I’ve done over the past 7 years!
I’m far from being alone, an anomaly or anecdotal
Multiple medical doctors and ancestral health experts practicing the same methods support me.
The people lashing out at me, claiming my diet of 95% meat will soon kill me, and I’m a danger to my readers — well, they have no idea about food or their bodies.
To call my writing “anecdotal baseless evidence” only supports my theory about their mental health issues.
Instead of making silly comments, why not first do your research into the person and study the subject in general?
You can do that simply by Googling:
“Which medical doctors follow and endorse the keto or carnivore diet and why.”
You will be surprised to learn many doctors are practicing the same methods advocated by thousands.
Then there’s Mark Sission, known as the “Grandfather of Ancestral Health.”
Mark wrote several books, including the NY Times best-seller, “The Primal Blueprint.”
Mark is also my mentor and the person I learned most of my knowledge from.
You can check out Mark on his blog, www.marksdailyapple.com. He is now around 68, fit as a fiddle, and healthy as ever. Mark has been a fat burner and on the keto diet for over 20 years.
Please look at his body, face, hair, and eyes! Nothing but raw power and energy.
Does he look like the keto — meat and fat-based diet — is going to kill him anytime soon?
I don’t think so. Now, look at yourself! Enough said.
Before you “anti-keto bounty hunter types” come out and try to attack someone like me, calling my many years of work “anecdotal,” educate yourself.
Don’t talk without thinking or doing your research first.
If you disagree, that’s your choice. But telling successful practitioners, they are wrong is just plain stupid.
10 Steps to how I smashed my bodyfat and killed the head rat
1 — You change your food to the keto, carnivore, or paleo diet.
2 — Show 100% determination, willpower, commitment, and consistency.
3 — Do not divert from the path to guaranteed health.
4 — Don’t listen to the voices claiming you need carbohydrates, sugar, and fiber. You do not!
5 — Take up regular heart health aerobic exercises. Walking and swimming are my favorites that I practice daily.
6 — Practice moderately intense bodyweight strength training for 20 minutes 2 to 3 times per week.
7 — Sprint up a hill, steps, a bike, or in the pool once a week. It only takes 15 minutes, with 4 to 8 x 20-second dashes and taking 1 to 2-minute rest breaks in between.
8 — Meditate to calm your stress — and convert your mind to a clear, healthy, and positive mindset.
9 — Sleep and rest more. Your body needs to sleep and regenerate its cells to stay healthy, keep the weight off and build a robust immune system.
10 — Don’t shun the sun! Instead, get your healthy daily dose of Vitamin D. No, the sun does not give you skin cancer if you expose yourself wisely.
Final Thoughts
Those were and are my 10 daily steps that busted off my 60 lbs. of excess body fat and killed the negativity rat running around in my brain.
My health journey and major life-changing turnaround began in 2016.
Besides losing my excess weight, I eliminated my depression and insomnia.
Are you sick often and on several meds? I’m not and haven’t been for 7 years. No colds, ailments, and no meds. Nada!
Do you still think my diet and lifestyle are killing me and my experience and evidence are anecdotal? Then think again!
