False Weight-Loss Claims Make Me Mad!

If it annoys me, it’s going to confuse and frustrate you — that bothers me even more.

Planking is one of the best exercises ever.

The misleading, and blatantly wrong information about weight loss, health, and fitness that’s published online every day is staggering.

It’s also sad, as the truth is so simple. Successful weight loss can be achievable for everyone.

You’re only required to adjust your food intake and switch up your movement program.

I’ll make it super simple — here it is:

You will experience guaranteed weight loss if you do these 2 things:

Keto-Carnivore Diet

and

Walking

All you need to do is switch over and transition into the Keto-Carnivore Diet to become a fat-burner, burning fat for fuel, rather than carbs and sugar. Next, make walking your number 1 fitness and movement activity.

That’s truthfully all there is to it.

If you follow this advice, which is exactly what I’ve done for over 7 years, you, just like I did, will lose all the excess weight you wish to and rebuild a healthy heart and good all-around fitness.

Now I’m going to give you a list of things you shouldn’t listen to or follow:

1. Eat lots of Vegetables

No, you don’t want to focus on eating lots of vegetables or fruit, for that matter.

Vegetables, especially legumes, contain a substantial amount of carbohydrates with turn into glucose (sugar) in your bloodstream. Excess glucose that hasn’t been burnt for energy is dumped into your fat cells, adding to your weight gain.

Vegetables also contain nature’s toxins called lectins and phytates.

2. Eat Whole Grains

Wrong. Grains contain fiber, which you don’t need. Grains primarily consist of carbohydrates.

Humans are not meant to eat grains, and we didn’t until some 20.000 years ago with the advent of civilization.

That’s when people moved together, forming villages, and began to cultivate grains. That’s also the period when folks started getting very sick.

Grains are pro-inflammatory, causing swelling of your organs and gut. This process often leads to a leaky gut, which is a nasty illness to develop.

In other words, the toxins in the grains slowly burn holes into your intestinal walls, causing your poop to leak into your blood!

That’s a very painful and big problem to have. I had it and it almost killed me!

“Carbs are an excellent food source and help combat diabetes.”

I read this today, gasped, and almost spilled my coffee on my laptop.

No, no, no! Carbs do nothing but turn into glucose for a fast burn and bump up your blood sugar level, and make you fat. Remember, the excess glucose left in your blood is moved into your fat cells, which increases your weight.

The constant consumption of carbs leads to excessive insulin production to remove the toxic glucose from your blood. If you abuse your pancreas that much, over time, you’ll become insulin resistant.

In other words, your pancreas shuts down, and you are a diabetic.

3. Train Hard

Wrong again. Walking and training with light to moderate exercises is a great way to go.

Training “hard” does nothing other than overstressing your body and mind. That causes your brain to release cortisol, your stress hormone, into your blood.

Over time, this can cause heart disease.

Instead, walk frequently at a fast pace, and practice simple bodyweight exercises.

My routine 3–4 times a week: planks, push-ups, squats, and lunges x 3 sets each. I complete these workouts in 15 to 20 minutes.

Then you’re on a healthy and excellent weight-loss supporting movement plan, which doesn’t stress you or your heart.

Final Thought

Weight loss is easy to achieve for everyone. That can’t be said enough. However, effective weight loss can only be achieved by adjusting your diet to a healthy and natural eating plan, which is:

The Keto-Carnivore Lifestyle and Diet — Fact

Ditching carbs as much as possible and erasing sugar is your golden key to successful weight loss and management.

Instead, try eating meat, seafood, fish, eggs, and healthy oils like olive, avocado, coconut oil, and grass-fed butter, and see how your body changes.

Moving frequently does wonders for your heart health, and supports effective weight loss, in combination with the correct diet.

And that folks, is all you need to achieve your weight loss goals!
