I’ve proven what works and what doesn’t to live and optimal healthy and balanced life.
It’s often hard to understand why some folks have a go at me, claiming I’m wrong when all I’ve done is prove it over time with Empirical Evidence.
Empirical Evidence Meaning:
“Empirical evidence is the information obtained through observation and documentation of certain behavior and patterns or through an experiment. Empirical evidence is a quintessential part of the scientific method of research that is applicable in many disciplines.” corporatefinanceinstitute.com
With my transformation that started 8 years ago, I’ve detailed how to efficiently lose weight, keep it off, and become metabolically and mentally healthy.
But not only that — In my stories I’ve introduced multiple medical doctors and other health and weight loss experts who show the same results.
I’ve also presented videos by well-known PhDs and a real-time human study by the American Association of Nutrition that back me up. Please read their study here:
I recommend you also view Dr. Ken Berry’s video about how meat is not pro-inflammatory, contrary to what the mainstream claims. He also cites the study by the American Association of Nutrition, stating that it’s the only real and up-to-date study ever made. It’s a meta-analysis on humans rather than a so-called “observational” study the mainstream love to mislead you with!
In addition, I show photos and videos of myself and the before mentioned doctors. It’s clear to see how fit our bodies are and how our faces shine with vibrancy and life!
However, no matter what I write, say, show, or do, it’s never enough for carb, sugar, and fiber lovers. That’s because they are food addicts, can’t admit it or face the daunting burden of eliminating junk food from their lives.
They keep insisting we are all wrong, our bodies will soon break down, and we will die of a heart attack or stroke! That’s also what vegans love to claim, despite having zero education or knowledge about what foods and drinks are good or bad for the body and brain.
It’s a frustrating game health-experts like myself play against the never-ending stream of unknowledgeable food addicts and vegans.
Let me clear up their misconception – It’s simple!
1 — The leading cause of heart attacks and strokes is obesity.
2 — Obesity is caused by consuming too much glucose — sugar — and processed low-quality, carbohydrate-laden foods (also sugar).
3 — Glucose is rampant in your bloodstream and transported by your insulin into your fat cells, making you fat.
4 — Excessive amounts of glucose (sugar) in your blood leads to calcium buildup in your arteries — plaque.
5 — That leads to “sticky” and congested arteries.
6 — Cholesterol — the vital “transport” hormone cannot flow through your system and gets stuck in your blocked veins — of which there are many.
7 — Whether it’s your good or bad cholesterol (HDL or LDL), both can and do get stuck and cut off the blood supply to your heart and brain.
8 — That’s the instant your brain or heart goes “pop,” and you are done.
I believe I’ve made the process clear and simple to understand.
Let’s look at the other side of the boxing ring — the keto or carnivore diet & active lifestyle
I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again and again. I’ve been on the wrong side of the ring. I was overweight, ate everything, and was a carb, sugar, and fiber addict.
That resulted in a stroke in 2015 — a minor one, thankfully, and I survived.
I was a metabolic and mental health wreck. But I wanted to live and not die, so I changed my ways, studied food, and transformed my metabolism to fat-burning with the keto diet.
Within 2 to 3 months, I lost all the excess weight and cleansed my system of the toxic substances making me sick.
Amazing story? Only 2 to 3 months to ditch my “bad food addictions” and reclaim my health, in body and mind?
It’s not as impressive as it sounds — it’s called nature.
I learned what foods and drinks were destroying me and got rid of them.
Ever since my body has been lean and fat-free, my blood flows as smoothly as the Amazon River, and my brain functions better than ever.
What do I eat and drink?
- I eat 90% meat, fish, seafood, eggs, and some select vegetables (the cruciferous group).
- Cheese, yogurt, butter, cream.
- I drink lots of water, coffee (cappuccino, yes is ok), tea, and a little red wine with my dinner.
That’s it.
How’s my lifestyle? I do these simple things daily:
- Move my body frequently
- Walk everywhere I can
- Strength train by using my body weight as my gym in nature
- Sprint up steps or in a pool 1 or 2 times per week
- Sleep more and I don’t watch TV or party
- Write, read, and talk with others
- Cook my food at home
- Get plenty of sunshine every day
- Meditate and practice positive thinking and affirmations
If I could follow these methods 7 years ago and keep them up until today, so can you.
Check out my video where I show a very unusual workout methods on steep steps in nature. Boy that sprinting workout was tough, but it was great fun and satisfaction once it was done.
Final Thoughts
I know it’s hard to come around to the fact that carbs, fiber, and sugar are non-essential, even damaging anti-nutrients.
For your whole life, they’ve told you: “everything in moderation” and that eating a “whole balanced diet” is the best and only way to go.
The truth is, it’s not.
Eating animal protein, fat, and eggs, with carefully selected vegetables, and dairy products is the natural way to live a wonderfully healthy and happy life!
Give it a try for a month or two and see how you feel.
