Wild animals, unlike most humans, live a healthy natural life in nature. They hunt and eat what their instincts tell them— they move their bodies hard and fast and get lots of rest and sleep.
Let’s take a look and ask ourselves some questions:
- How much natural movement do you get?
- Do you enjoy plenty of rest and sleep and sunshine too?
- How do you eat, and do you have a metabolically healthy, lean, muscular body?
- How’s your mental health doing?
- Are you suffering from lots of stress and anxiety?
The problem and answer to my questions is that at least 80% of the world’s population isn’t doing very well.
In fact, it’s worse than that — most people suffer from metabolic syndrome are overweight or even obese, which leads to type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and an overall breakdown of their health.
What happens next? A potential early death because of a heart attack or stroke.
Please read my related story here about how that happened to a 30-year-old extreme bodybuilder:
The point in case here is this: Even if you feel and think you look good on the outside, your health may be in a terrible mess inside your body!
That doesn’t sound too good, right? I’m not trying to scaremonger you here — I deliver the hard facts.
Eat junk food and watch your health and life crumble – or eat and play like a wild animal!
Sure, I know it’s all delicious, and everyone else eats it, so why shouldn’t you? It can’t be that bad, you think.
Let’s talk a little about what most folks eat every day:
Pizza — pasta — bread — noodles — rice — tofu — beans — soybeans — chickpeas — cereal — oatmeal — muesli — corn — salad — pancakes — cookies — ice cream — chocolate — cakes — power bars — potato chips — pretzels — low-fat milk and yogurt — French fries — beer — fruit juices — sodas — hot dogs — and more!
Every food and beverage I mentioned are staples in your kitchen or when you eat out.
The above-mentioned “food” is nothing but junk, consisting of 80% plus carbohydrates, added sugar, and almost always finished in unhealthy seed oils that oxidate and can cause cancer.
In a nutshell, the consumption of oxidised oils will lead to intake of a number of by-products which activate several molecular pathways, followed by production of inflammatory molecules, which are known to have promoting effects on tumour growth and therefore increase the risk of cancers.

The old-school food myths and misguiding information
I know they’ve told you that carbs and fiber are essential nutrients — and you believe “them.”
So who are “they?”
- The food industry
- Old-school doctors, dietitians, and nutritionists
- The Vegans
- Your Mum and Dad, and Grandparents too
“They” refers to everyone who knows absolutely nothing about how food and beverages affect your body and mind.
Your Mum and Dad didn’t know they were making you sick, gain weight, and for your immune system to break down when they rewarded you with donuts and cookies and gave you pancakes with syrup for breakfast.
Sadly, that applies to nearly everyone except us in the know.
They tell you:
Carbs provide the energy required for your body and brain to function — that’s true to a degree, but not necessary or correct.
Fiber helps your gut digest the vast amounts of carbohydrates you consume and provides minerals and vitamins — that’s also not the real truth.
If you don’t believe me, please watch this video by Dr. Zoe Harcombe, Ph.D., who gives Empirical Evidence supported by the American Association of Nutrition. The old food guidelines were simply incorrect.
Please watch this 30-minute YouTube video to understand the fundamentals of food
Going out for a juicy burger and fries or a huge, loaded pizza is one of the most common things to do — especially in America.
And then you have the other favorite foods you all love to eat, as they’re yummy and cheap — fast food!
McDonald’s — Burger King — Kentucky Fried Chicken — Dunkin Donuts — Panera Bread — Dairy Queen — Pizza Hut — Domino’s — Chick-Fil-A — Wendy’s — Taco Bell, to name a few.
There are tons more such places called “food outlets,” selling you toxic sugar, carb, and seed oil-laden sludge they call food that’s slowly making you sick.
To live a wonderful and healthy life, be a wild animal!
You understand what I mean by my analogy. I’m not asking you to go out, kill and eat anything in your sight that may look tasty.
I compare healthy human life to eating, moving, resting, and spending lots of time in nature, as wild animals do.
Watch Animal Planet instead of Netflix and see how these beautiful beasts hunt, eat, and live. You’ll notice not one of these creatures are either fat, thin, or dying of heart disease, stroke, or cancer.
Did you not ever wonder why that is? It’s simple — they live their lives naturally, as the planet intended them to.
Nobody can sell those animals, fast — junk — carb or sugar-laden foods.
If you try — they’ll quickly eat you!
Final Thoughts & Takeaways
It’s not hard to change your ways and how you nourish your body and mind.
Simply follow my mantra:
“Healthy Living by Following Natural Principles.” Rob Hourmont
1 — Change your mindset, and free your animal instincts. Become a Lion or Panther in life, not a pussy-cat!
2 — Eat natural foods and avoid all processed sugary junk, and carb-loaded foods and drinks.
3 — Move your body in nature. Go to a forest, lake, hills, or park near you — anything will do. Walk, run, knock out planks, squats, lunges, push-ups, and pull-ups on a tree branch.
4 — Then rest, breathe, sit, relax, or meditate — enjoy the moment and the freedom and power nature installs in your mind.
That’s how you’ll succeed and build a super strong body and mind for good!
