Most are unaware of the increasing and disastrously dangerous health crisis the world is stuck in.
Maybe you know what I’m talking about or not. That depends on your health, fitness, lifestyle habits, and your interest in living the best and longest possible life.
Some take the time to care for their body and mind, by being mindful and aware. They understand the importance of consuming real food, drinking lots of water, getting plenty of exercise, and quality sleep.
However, the vast majority do not spend a minute thinking about their health, fitness, wellness, or the dangerous consequences their lifestyle choices inflict on their health.
The first group of people know and do what’s best for them:
- Work
- Exercise
- Eat Real Food
- Enjoy Life Socially and with Playtime
- Sleep, Rest, Practice Mind-Calming Techniques
- Rinse and Repeat Daily
Here is the near “unsolvable” problem:
The second group sadly is in the dark, about what they put in their bodies, the harm a poor diet, and the lack of exercise, sleep and rest does to their health, well-being, and longevity.
There are multiple reasons behind this, for which folks mostly can’t be blamed.
1 – They eat what they eat because they think all food is equal and no food is bad.
2 – They eat like everyone around them – which I call the “common diet,” not thinking anything about it.
3 – They eat what and when they want because it’s the norm and they crave it, plus everyone else does too.
4 – Many don’t care one “bite” what they put in their mouths as long as it’s satisfying.
5 – They’ve heard of the Standard American Diet and the Food Pyramid which confirms their eating habits are the norm.
6 – They are not aware of the various “diet options,” which ones work and which don’t because they’ve been lied to for years about what food is healthy or not. Thus, they have long since given up believing any particular diet works and would make them healthy.
7 – Some are stuck in their ways and don’t want to change, while mostly thinking: “To hell with it, it’s too late anyway and I don’t care anymore.”
8 – They’ve been purposely misled by government food and health agencies, such as:
- FDA
- American Association of Nutrition
- American Heart Association
- American Diabetes Association
…and my personal favorites, the mighty:
- Big Food Industry
- Big Pharma Industry
- Big Medical Industry
… who reap billions of dollars of profits from their generally toxic, health-decaying highly processed, and sugar-laden foods marketed as “healthy” to gullible innocent people.
To the rescue come the pharma and medical industries, prescribing costly medications, tests, procedures, and operations that rake in further multiple billions from sick, obese, diabetic, and dying patients caused by the false and misleading government nutrition recommendations.
The classics are the “Standard American Diet” and the heavily pushed “Food Pyramid!”
How can this mess be fixed?
By educating people to take control of their health with real food, lifestyle changes, and fasting!
Your health now may not be your fault, but it is your responsibility to accept and be willing to change it for the better.
What’s the biggest lie about food? That all foods are safe!

Some foods are medicines and some foods cause disease
Most of the commonly eaten foods are the leading cause of diabetes, and obesity, leading to heart attacks, strokes, and premature deaths.
These conditions develop by consuming processed-carbohydrate-rich foods, sugar, and anything made from grains, seed oils, and the ultra-processed “snacks and junk food” you find in most restaurants and supermarkets.
You cannot train away an unhealthy diet or regain your health in the gym. That happens in the kitchen.
The only way you can rebuild your health is with proper nutrition, practical daily movement methods, lifestyle changes, and fasting!

Final Thought
If you want to lose weight, build solid strength, have a strong cardiovascular system, and overall good wellness, then take a good look in the mirror and at your current diet and exercise habits.
Once you understand and accept what’s wrong, then you have reached the point where you can make the necessary changes to turn around your health, and well-being, and increase your longevity.
There are several diet and movement plans that work efficiently and effectively without having to go to extremes.
