Did You Know The Big Food Brands Portfolios Are 80% Junk Food And Purposely Make You Unhealthy And Sick?

They do this by using cheap, nutrient-poor ingredients, with low to no protein, and loading their products with sugar to addict you.

Making matters worse, not only do they knowingly produce junk food that causes addiction and obesity, they go further and deny that to be true!

The nonsense Kraft Heinz had to say:

“Kraft Heinz is committed to reducing sugar and salt in its products while noting that there isn’t a globally aligned model yet for judging how healthy food items are, according to its spokesperson.” Boomberg.com

While Unilever takes its clown show and lies a step further, claiming:

“The findings of the survey are incomplete and misleading as they were based on a small subset of their portfolio.” www.Bloomberg.com

There’s nothing incomplete about the survey conducted by the World Action on Salt, Sugar & Health NGO — unfortunately, however, they have some things wrong.

Their survey makes a strong and correct point about the massive amounts of sugar the manufacturers purposely add to their products.

However, they wrongfully criticize salt and saturated fat and call for those ingredients to be reduced too.

Let’s get the food facts straight

1 — Sugar is an addictive drug, not a food.

Therefore, it should be recategorized for what it is and banned from all foods.

2 — Salt: The human body cannot live without sodium which salt contains.

Of course, too much salt isn’t healthy, either, especially the refined kind called table salt. This salt comes from the ground and is highly processed, removing vital minerals. A senseless thing to do!

Sea or Himalayan salt are far better options containing sodium and many healthy minerals.

3 — Saturated Animal Fats: This NGO and the general consensus call saturated fat unhealthy.

That is not true — it’s the opposite. The human body thrives on healthy animal proteins and fats. NOT grains, fiber, and sugar!

4 — Grains: Wheat, rice, barley, oats, quinoa, and rye and not meant to be consumed by humans.

Grains didn’t exist way back in the day. 

Our primal ancestors did not cultivate or eat grains. They mostly ate meat, fish, seafood, eggs, and other small foods they could forage from the land and trees, such as berries.

It wasn’t until the advent of “civilization” and people moving from their caves to villages for easier living conditions that grain cultivation began.

That was also when folks started becoming sick and dying of all kinds of food-induced diseases. Not a coincidence either!

5 — Protein: The most vital human nutrient.

Our bodies consist of protein, fat, and water. You need protein to survive. Without protein, there is no life.

The 5 giant food companies are the culprits of obesity

The “big food manufacturers” who knowingly make cheap and nasty junk food, mostly made from heavily processed grains, and add sugar to make you a food addict, continuously coming back for more, are to blame. 

Danone — Kellog’s — Kraft Heinz — Nestle — Unilever

70% to 80% of their products are made from grains and have sugar, and other anti-nutrients added. They all make almost no healthy foods containing protein and animal fats.

These numbers are shockingly scary! 

Instead, they include PUFAs — Toxic polyunsaturated fatty acids — seed oils. 

This sludge oxidizes (burns) at low temperatures yet is used for high-temperature cooking and wrongfully marketed as “heart-healthy.”

Making matters worse — the American Heart Association is often sponsored by the toxic food makers, who are then allowed to use the AHA logo on their packaging.

It’s a scam, disgrace, and nothing but lies, with the food industry’s “misinformation” causing the obesity epidemic to explode and millions of premature deaths.

These so-called “food producers” make almost only sugar-laden junk food, making the world’s population fatter and sicker by the day.

It is no coincidence that heart attacks are the Number 1 killer in the USA and many other countries. 

Heart disease and stroke are caused by you becoming insulin resistant, a type 2 diabetic, and finally obese.

Don’t you think governments must do something about this terrible state of health affairs that is killing people? I do.

Regulate, make anti-junk food legislation, and shut down the companies who do not follow suit!

It’s that simple.

Governments and lawmakers could reverse the crazy explosion of obesity and heart disease within months by making laws all food companies must adhere to.

Law 1.

Adding sugar to anything is illegal.

Law 2.

Reduce the quantity of grain and carbohydrate-laden foods in portfolios to 20% from the current 80%.

Law 3.

Make seed oils illegal.

Law 4.

Strict limits on highly processed foods, or better, ban them.

Law 5.

Include natural protein in 80% of foods made by food producers.

Next step? Educate and inform

1 — Government agencies must correctly inform their population about what is real healthy food and what is not.

2 — Eliminate the current Standard American Diet, Western Diet, and Food Pyramid recommendations and create new correct, and healthy ones.

“Improving the nutritional content of food and drink by reformulating recipes with less salt, sugar, and saturated fat is by far the most important strategy that any company should make to improve public health,” Mhairi Brown, policy and public affairs lead with WASSH, said in a statement.

“However, by relying solely on industry’s willingness and without government enforcement, we are unlikely to see a meaningful shift.” www.bloomberg.com

As noted, while this is a noble attempt by Mhaire Brown, it’s incorrect. Sugar shouldn’t only be reduced — it must be disallowed to add to foods.

Otherwise, the miserable trajectory of public health will remain the same.

Scary Fact:

“The worldwide economic impact of excess body weight will more than double to $4.27 trillion in 2035 from 2020 levels as the prevalence of the condition continues to rise, according to a report funded by pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk. It sells an anti-obesity drug Wegovy.” www.bloomberg.com

Can you believe that? The damage caused by obesity and these foul low-quality foods will rise to $4.27 trillion by 2035 if we don’t halt junk food madness.

That’s great news for the pharma company Novo Nordisk and their anti-obesity chemical.

 → Taking pills to stop or reverse obesity is NOT the answer!

 → Food, drink, and exercise are the only elements that can save your life!

Final Thoughts

It’s shocking and horrendous how far out of control the global health epidemic has spun.

Everywhere I go, I see mostly see people overweight or obese. That goes for all ages now — kids, teens, young adults, middle-aged, and older folks all the time.

Look around at the people dining during your next restaurant outing, and count how many are fat versus how many folks are slim.

You’ll be surprised — that I can promise you.

It’s time to put an end to this profit and greed-driven assault by the food giants on people’s health.
