There’s nothing worse for the body and mind than a sedentary life, and being overweight. If you live that lifestyle, you’re most likely physically and mentally sick.
Once in that situation, it can be extremely difficult to drag yourself out and find health and happiness again.
I know — I’ve been there and learned the hard way. But thankfully, I managed to turn my life around by changing my lifestyle and food!
The message here is that there’s always a solution: It’s possible to change, do better, look better, function better, and feel great, no matter how old or overweight you may be!
The good news is that reversing poor health is much easier than you’ve been told and likely believe.
Many folks reach a stage in life when they say to themselves:
“To hell with it, I and what I am, I’m fat, unhealthy, and look like crap. I don’t care — I give up because I can’t do a thing about it anyway.”
That is negative thinking, which will only lead to self-destructive behavior.
The 10 mentally and physically damaging actions:
1 — Binge-eating junk food
2 — Binge drinking & smoking
3 — Not exercising
4 — Negative self-talk
5 — Not working
6 — Never leave your place
7 — Not getting any sunshine
8 — Hating your work
9 — Hating people and being constantly angry
10 — Blaming everyone
Millions suffer from these 10 sad but true traits — I did too.
The scary part is it’s very easy to maneuver yourself into the — “I give up unknowingly, and I’m a useless loser mentality.”
There are many reasons you end up stuck in that dead-end street, but mainly because of you.
If I was fixable, so are you.
Everyone can patch themselves up, making a new and better version come true — your personal v 0.2.
Let’s look at how to change your life and make your dreams come true with these 5 powerful lifestyle upgrades:
1 — Make movement part of your life: Make it your new habit and treat it like a hobby — love it.
Around 85% of the Western population is in a poor state of health, in both body and mind.
Metabolic syndrome (which means your health has broken down) is rampant, as are mental health and depression.
90% of this is due to poor personal habits — eating fast, junk, sugar-laden foods and not moving your body.
You’ve let yourself become a “couch potato,” which has made you overweight and depressed.
You may feel you’re too out of shape or overweight to exercise. That’s not true and never the case.
The Solution:
Start with an easy-going 15-minute walk, then build that up to 3 per day, and gradually increase the time too.
If you suffer ankle, knee, or back pains and find walking too challenging, go and swim.
If you can’t swim, now’s a great time to learn. Get into that pool daily and spend 20 to 40 minutes gently swimming back and forth.
You’ll soon see how enjoyable swimming is.
It builds a robust cardiovascular system and works all muscle groups while not putting any pressure on your joints and bones.
Swimming is also a wonderfully relaxing “mind therapy” — called “water therapy.”

2 — Reset Your Mindset: If you’re stuck in a negative mindset, it’s nearly impossible to change anything about your physical and mental health.
You must learn to embrace positivity and disallow all negative thoughts. Easier said than done? Not so.
The Solution:
When you think negative thoughts, stop and say, No! No more negativity. Then replace the negative thoughts with positive ones from your past or self-affirmation mantras.
Replacing negatives with positives:
Remember a great vacation you loved, think about the good times you had with friends when you were younger, and picture yourself returning to that happy place.
My positive self-affirmation mantras:
“You can do it — you are great.”
“Nothing will stop you from achieving your goals, keep going and never give up.”
“I’m grateful for everything I have, to be alive and to chase my dreams, which I’ll make a reality.”
In closing, I thank everyone important to me and wish them the best in life.
3 — Eating real food with the “proper” diet: If you’re stuck on junk, fast, and sugary foods, you can’t improve your health, no matter how much you exercise.
It’s vital to educate yourself and find out how the various food types affect your body and mind.
You need to understand how your metabolism works, how it breaks down food, and what happens to your body in the process.
The Solution:
The ketogenic diet is a 100% natural way to eat.
It’s been proven time and again during the last 10 + years with solid scientific evidence that it works.
Hundreds of medical doctors now prescribe the keto diet to heal from within instead of medications. That’s a fact, and it works for most.
Keto-Carnivore works for:
- Efficient weight loss
- Rebuilding organ health
- Sleep improvement
- Reducing anxiety and depression
- Supports a clear and positive mindset
- Boost your immune system
- Increase energy levels
There’s no harm in you trying. If you do it right, after 2 to 3 months, you will see and feel positive changes.
4 — Mindfulness and meditation practices: Closely related to positivity and self-affirmation.
Remember, meditation and mindfulness aren’t only sitting quietly trying to calm the wild thoughts in your mind. There are many forms of meditation.
Some Solutions and Options:
- Mindful walking meditation
- Sauna or steam room meditation
- Talking mindfully to yourself about your feelings
- Massage meditation
You are only required to take time for yourself, focus on your mind, inner peace, and energy — believe in yourself to improve yourself.
5 — Start loving instead of hating: Always be kind to people no matter how challenging a situation.
But first, you must love yourself. You can’t spread love and kindness if you harbor hate.
You can guide love into your heart and mind by practicing self-affirmations and mindfulness meditation.
The solution:
Tell yourself multiple times a day that you love yourself and want to help as many around you feel and do better too.
By loving, you become caring and can pass that gift on to others while eliminating anger for good.

Final Thoughts
It’s never too late to break out of your misery and regain your birth-given right to a healthy and long life.
You should only keep one thing in mind: You caused your health issues yourself over time.
Whereas I firmly believe most can reverse their damaged metabolic and mental health within 3 months, you may need more time.
Therefore, it’s vital to be patient, never give up, stay on course, and give it your 100% willpower, determination, and commitment.
