A day doesn’t go by without me seeing a post, ad, or article by some drinks company or fitness trainer claiming their drink will help you lose weight or how their training methods will shed the fat and rip your belly into shape.

All such claims are 100% fake and nonsense. They are merely clickbait and unethical marketing slogans. If you stumble upon these sorts of fat-loss claims, I beg you, please don’t click or buy. Walk away instead.

Walking: Did you know that walking is one of the best ways to lose fat? Belly fat, and any fat — not just that. Walking is fantastic for your cardiovascular system, heart health, mindset, leg, knees, ankles, and joints.

It also boosts your creative mind, helping you solve problems and create new ideas! Beat the fat and walk your way to health.

That being said, walking alone won’t melt all your fat.

Let’s now debunk the myths and get to the simple methods that work and will have you shed pounds in no time.

The Belly Fat Losing Myths:

1. Myth: Ab Exercises or Any Exercises Target Belly Fat

Doing 100 crunches or planking for 5-minutes a day will strengthen your belly muscles and core.

But these exercises won’t melt your fat, and your muscular core remains invisible under your fat.

Instead, make daily walking your habit and hobby, and combine it with 2 to 3 micro-strength training sessions a week, using simple bodyweight exercises and 1 swimming sprinting session.

Those 3 exercise methods are all you need, and none must be rigorous or lengthy.

Sprinting is high-intensity and demanding. But you can complete the session in 10 minutes.

2. Myth: Cardio Is Not the Best Way to Lose Belly Fat

Cardio is a wonderful fat-burning method. You can make walking fun, productive, and pleasurable too.

As mentioned, walking for 1 to 2 hours spread throughout the day works wonders for your whole body and mind.

When walking, you can listen to music, audiobooks, and podcasts, read and even write emails or texts, and take or make phone calls.

Alternatively, you can do nothing at all other than walking meditation and mindfulness — acknowledging and enjoying your surroundings.

Walking is a beautiful form of cardio, great exercise for the body and mind, and it burns fat efficiently and safely!

3. Myth: Certain Drinks Can ‘Melt’ Belly Fat

No drink will burn off your belly fat or any fat — that doesn’t exist and doesn’t work that way.

No magic smoothie, kefir, or cold-pressed fruit cocktail does anything for weight loss.

Those are all senseless and irresponsible fabrications.

Those drinks do the opposite, as they mainly have added sugar and are carb-heavy and loaded with fructose, aka glucose = sugar, making you gain weight, not lose it.

Simply drink plenty of water, enjoy your coffee — I add whipping cream to mine for extra fat — tea, and even a few glasses of wine.

Then you will feel just fine! Enjoy your clean drinks, and stress less. No drink will help you melt fat.

4. Myth: No Certain Foods Can Blast the Fat

That’s the biggest myth and a lie. There is 1 type of food, and one only, that will have you dropping your weight and the fat slipping off you in no time.

What’s the magic food? Meat!

If you switch to the Carnivore diet, you’ll lose the belly fat in a flash. But not only that.

More importantly — you’ll fix your metabolic health! You’ll boost your immune system, eliminate internal inflammation of your organs and gut, lower your blood pressure, eliminate headaches, stress, acid reflux, and hypertension, and start to look and feel younger and on fire.

5. Myth: Poor Diet and Inactivity Are Not the Only Contributors to Belly Fat

Oh really? Now that myth, which I read in a Livestrong.com story, wins the prize of the weight-loss lies.

Livestrong’s article claims that a poor diet and inactivity are not the only reasons for weight gain — they cite poor sleep, genetics, and age as other factors.

That’s not true, and this is no myth!

If it’s not junk, fast, processed, high-carb, and low-protein food loaded with sugar making you fat, what is it?

Your bed, sleep, air you breathe, or bad luck? Nonsense.

No, folks, that’s precisely what causes you to gain weight and your belly fat to balloon.

The toxic cocktail of poor food choices, and an inactive, sedentary lifestyle, are lethal weapons that kill your metabolic health, make you gain weight, and get sick and addicted to prescription meds.

2 simple methods solve and reverse your badly damaged metabolic health and melt the belly fat:

1. Eat Meat, Fish, Seafood, and Eggs

A high-protein, low-carb, and no-sugar diet, will eliminate your health problems and shed the excess pounds within 2 to 3 months.

Pro-Tip: Protein is the building block of life. Your cells renew themselves every night with the protein you supply your body.

That’s also why a good night’s sleep is vital for your overall health and well-being. If you can’t sleep, don’t sleep enough, or poorly, your cells can’t do their job.

As a result, your immune system will weaken, and you will start falling sick, weaken and age.

2. Move Your Body

Make a sensible movement plan, and start walking, training, and swimming. Make a promise to yourself, and don’t break it.

The promise:

“I will now say goodbye to inactivity and embrace an active lifestyle by frequently moving my body.”
